I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. I was greeted with someone will be with you in a few minutes, an hour later someone said they would be there in a few moments. I think they need to communicate with each other better. I thought it was rude to be kept waiting so long for only being 10 minutes late. Not sure if I’m going to like dealing with this company?

Attempts to bill for CPAP rental way beyond time period needed to pay off machine. Keeps generating bills but never mails or emails them until they're multiple months past-due.Completely impossible to get in contact with anyone actually.

LinCare is BAD. I needed a portable POC and they WOULD NOT SUPPLY it. It takes me 5.5 hours to go round trip to my Doctor's in Milwaukee. So I constantly run out of oxygen I can't lift more then 6 pounds due to drop neck and various other medical problems. LinCare won't supply what my physician recommended. STAY AWAY FROM LINCARE. They are heartless and unwilling to work with people in general. They are quick at taking Medicare's money. 1☆ is overated with the trouble I encountered with them. They serviced my home Oxygen Concentrator1 time in 4 years. They are deceitful, promises after promises unanswered. They couldn't even tell me the correct day that my contract with them expired. I signed up with American Home Health and was rolled over to their services when they merged with American Home Health. Do yourself a favor and do your homework before selecting them. Search the internet for Health care fraud and the BBB for customer complaints and reviews. before you consider them as a supplier for your oxygen.

My mother has been through hell with this company! Between C paps malfunctioning, oxygen concentrator has failed twice and ambulance had to be called, ER visits, scans, tests, all because they didn't believe her when she called and said it wasn't functioning properly! Only after calls from paramedics did they find the time to send someone out. Never told her a filter needed to be changed on the concentrator and then sent a new tech out to change it and he didn't even have the right screwdriver! They wanted to reschedule in 3 weeks. Always sending wrong parts out. Oxygen tanks not filled properly. My mom nearly died because of their incompetence but has no alternative due to their contract with medicare and being the only company in her district. Their conduct is criminal! A complaint will be filed with medicare.

They billed my husband for medications we NEVER received! Contested the charges and now they sent the amount to a collection agency! I am reporting them to Medicare for FRAUD!

Been a patient with this terrible company since 2020. They used to have local people in the offices that actually cared and would follow through on their promises. Now everything is ran thru their corporate office in Atlanta. My enteral orders have been wrong every single month of orders for over a year.Call wait times regularly exceed 40 minutes to get a resolution to your problem. They will NOT call you back if they say they will. They dont have any tracking in their system, so if you call back about the same issue they will have no records of what was done, who helped you, or why its still an issue. Every call is a blank slate of explaining yourself and the same issue with your order/supplies/etc.They send out "complimentary" supplies with no way of refusing them, send supplies in a quantity of 1, when its supposed to be 1 BOX of supplies. Month after month they do this, and I need to call, 40 mins on hold, to get the rest of my rightfully prescribed items.Last thing? They had a HUGE data breach earlier this year. All of my diagnosis, personal, and prescription info was leaked. STELLAR !! This company doesn't deserve CMS funding.

I worked for Lincare 2 and a half years and they do not appreciate good hard working people that was willing to do what they could to keep the place running smoothly. They over work there employees without showing any kind of appreciation. They treated there new comers better they there employees that was there busting there butts. I would not recommend Lincare to anyone.
