Went there for the first time a few weeks ago and picked up my shirt today. Was very satisfied with everything. Lena is extremely friendly, courteous, and fun! I will definitely be going back to her for future alteration needs.

When I walked in to get my pants altered, she said she wouldn't be able to do this because of illness, but another customer walked in and was happy to help him. I got a racist vibe from her.

I came to Lena just a couple days before my wedding needed almost a whole resizing. My dress was too big and long and she helped immediately. It was done within 2 days and she was helpful orchestrating the pick-up while I was busy at work. $170 dress alteration + $30 rush fee, which yes may be pricey, but when you need your wedding dress altered it’s a need! Lena was very friendly and did fabulous work on my mother-of-groom dress and my daughter’s bridesmaid dress! Perfectly fit both of us! Price was fine for the excellent quality of work!

$86 for bridesmaid dress hem. Hem is well done, but the price seems high for what it is. The dress is only one layer. The dress needed a bust modification as well, but after consulting with Lena and seeing her solution, I could tell it would not be done correctly and told her to leave it. I'm disappointed I paid so much for a dress that is still ill fitting and will need to find time to do the modification myself which essentially defeated the purpose of bringing it in for a professional to do it. I would only use this shop for simple hems if you don't already know how to sew.

My dress isnt scheduled to be finished yet, so will have to wait for full review...but Lena is a very nice woman! Walked in, no appointment needed. She seems very knowledgeable and helpful, and I feel confident she will do a great job!
