This has been the worst experience. I will never lease from here again or recommend. Came to text drive a vehicle, even had an appointment to test drive a particular Volvo the salesman said was in my price range. He did not have a Volvo ready for me to test drive. And instead pulled up
A car for me to drive. How do you show up to a test drive appointment and leave without test driving?! Then I go to turn in my vehicle and everyone is in a meeting and I have to wait. How are you open to the public, but all the workers are in a meeting?! High budget cars, but low budget customer service!

Took my Jaguar F-pace there to see what they would appraise it at, for a potential trade in.
The sales employee was so incredibly kind. No pressure towards anything.
But after an hour and a half of seeing what my car was worth - less than 48k milage for a 2017. The manager told me it wasn’t worth their time, they could only give me $14,000. I could sell my car for more than $30,000.
I was then given a list of things wrong with the vehicle, mind you they took 10 minutes to look at it. I was told my camera wasn’t working, coolant was leaking, my exhaust was cut and my “rims” were bad.
I got up and showed the manager my camera was working just fine along with the 360* view was working perfectly fine as well.
As far as the coolant, I went and took it to two different shops (my husbands and another friend who has a high end aftermarket repair shop - didn’t want to be biased with just having my husbands shop look at it) both places couldn’t find ANY coolant leak.
The other two issues can be dealt with for way less than what dealerships charge at. Which is why we’ve have many customers come from this dealership to our shop for repairs.
My take away from this experience is the manager and whomever the “technician” was, CLEARLY didn’t look long enough or even take the time to see that my camera was, in fact, working. I immediately turned the car on for the manager and put it in reverse and it popped up in less than 2 seconds. As far as the coolant, obviously they both were not well educated on the coolant issue.
How lazy can one (or two in this case) employees be? Also how disrespectful to put someone through 2 hours of their time to be told that these were issues when in fact they weren’t and proved on the spot that they either made it up or just pure laziness on their behalf.
My time was wasted and I’ll never be doing business with Jaguar Land Rover Waukesha again. I highly suggest other customers take their vehicles else where to service their vehicles as ANY other repair shop can take care of these vehicles for a FRACTION of the cost.

Greg Jenkins and Nikole Scott are great to work with. They’re knowledgeable on product and honest beyond reproach. They make coming to this dealership a 10/10 experience in addition to the other people I’ve spoken to briefly. I will continue to come back because of them.
