This Kwik Trip Sucks… lots of excuses… Very poor service… Don’t waste your time coming here… Go to a different location… I drive out of my way to go to a KwikTrip usually… This place isn’t worth the effort…No Smiles… No Service… Just Excuses..Never Again.

I came to this Location last night after having dinner I wanted to buy a Beer and the cashier told me he could not sell me alcohol because I seem intoxicated. I have Ataxia. I have a nerve condition. I was very insulted. The cashiers name was Charles. He was very rude to me. I am well over the age to buy alcohol. There was no reason for him to be like that towards me I will never ever go to this location again. And urge people to stop going to this occasion because they are Are very judgmental. I I feel that Charles should be fired. I think he I think he discriminated against me because I was the Black woman and Waukesha . This is the only location where I get treated this way. I feel that he did not sell me alcohol because I was black.

Don't bother the Asian cashier is very rude this guy hopefully isn't a manager because he shouldn't be if he is I stopped in around 8:20 and not sure if I got the attitude because iam a blue collar guy just getting off of work and stopping in for a quick bite to eat still in my work clothes or what but I strongly feel that if I would have been in a suit and tie I wouldn't of got this attitude. This Asian guy was very ride and honestly shouldn't of been had no reason to be on top of him being no better then me as he is a cashier at kwik trip but for some reason still had his nose in the air like he was if I didn't know kwik trips this would have been my first and last visit however I frequent jwik trips often it wasn't all kwik trips just this location

If you have a mobile order with items that are not in stock, maybe try reaching out to the customer instead of replacing it with whatever you feel like so we don't waste money on something we won't use.

As far as Kwik Trips go, this one is pretty mediocre. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, but the store itself leaves something to be desired. (However, I would still recommend this Kwik Trip over any other type of gas station like BP, Speedway, etc.) The bathrooms are pretty decent. They're not gross by any means, just not tidy. Each time I've stopped here, there are a few scraps of toilet paper on the ground and there is a lot of water splashed around by the sinks. My other issue with the store is the layout. The aisles are packed close together, so it's hard to maneuver if there are multiple people in an aisle. If you use a wheelchair or have a stroller, it's going to be extremely difficult to browse. Because the store itself is so cramped, the checkout lines can extend back into the aisles when this location is busy. As far as food goes, the donuts are incredible! The classic Glazers are my favorite, but their old fashioned donuts, chocolate cake donuts, and blueberry donuts are also delicious. The prices are very reasonable as well, and sometimes when you pump gas a coupon will print out to save some money inside on things like hot food, donuts, and pizzas. If you're going to stop inside at this Kwik Trip, I'd recommend knowing what you want to buy ahead of time. Browsing is pretty inconvenient, so I'd save yourself the trouble. The gas prices here are good. It's normally a few cents cheaper here per gallon than other gas stations. The pumps themselves are easy to use, and there are enough of them that there usually isn't any issue finding a spot to fill up.

I went to pay for my gas inside.So then I went to pump it and the pump was broken.I didn't have time to go back in to tell them it didn't work because I had a doctors appointment.What a waste of money..fix your pump number 7.
