Went to this Kohl's but forgot my 30 percent card, which does not get sent to my phone. The woman before me and I were told we could not get the discount with out the card. We showed her our Kohl's charge card. She said can't do it. I asked for manager and she said no also. They lost over $300 business on marked up prices. No more Kohl's for me. They are beyond rude!!!

Went to Kohl's Waukesha on an impulse - i wasn't driving and had no purse, ID or charge card - just my phone with the Kohl's app. At the checkout, we were helped by Lakshmi who helped me get my discount, my kohl's cash and was so pleasant and kind. What an angel - THANK YOU, Lakshmi! You make Kohl's look great

I visited the Sephora in Waukesha. Brianne was the person who helped me with my choices for foundation, eyebrow pen, concealer and lipstick. I was happy with all of her choices. I told her I would return to purchase more products.
