I've been a Kohls customer for more than 40 years, and usually shop in Delafield or less frequently in Sussex. Today in Waukesha was the first time I felt that my daughter and I were being followed through the store. Neither of us had jackets on or had purses larger than 3" x 8". Well, there's always a first time for everything.

A very helpful Asscociate helped me today.
I did not understand my cold cash coupon from an online order. I was taking up time understanding that along with a coupon I received for returning an Amazon purchase coupon. Very very patient. Thank you Shaumbay.

I had to digital coupons I have a kohls charge card. I went to buy my son 2 pairs of jeans but couldn't use any of my coupons because the jeans were kohls brand and had to pay full price. The coupons don't state an restrictions. If you give a coupons I should be able to use it. One of the reasons I think Kohls declining. Som many different rules for coupons

I'm very happy with the associate that helped me. One thing I'm concerned with is that Kohl's has put more restrictions on their coupons. Now not just popular brands but now the brand has to be tied with Kohl's. I wanted to use it on a swimsuit and couldn't. Very disappointed.

Store is clean but the variety of the merchandise has diminished, its like they expect you to go online to shop. On the plus side, Shaumbay, who was manning the checkout was very friendly and helpful
