It's been a while since I have been to Kohl's because of C19 and did any clothes shopping so I thought that I would stop by because I wanted some new shirts in new colors and patterns. First off I feel pretty stupid because I just found the clearance rack with 80% off for the first time shopping at Kohl's and I stopped to actually go through it and to my amazement I found plenty of shirts in nice colors and patterns that I was shopping for at a fraction of the actual full price. This is the Kohl's thing, put a price on the clothes and another lower sale price so you think that you are getting a deal which I completely understand but getting name brand nice shirts for under $10 is amazing in itself from the discount rack, how have I never found the discount rack before. The I saved $194.60 is a stretch and the $10 Kohl's cash is nice so the value is very good here for men's casual clothes and why I keep coming back. I don't know or care how Kohl's can sell name brand clothes at super reasonable prices but it keeps me coming back.

This visit came about 2 weeks before the shutdown occurred. I needed some work clothes for a job with a new dress code and fast. Kohl's is always good for essentials and sometimes for super cute fashion items. I ran in after work, in a rush, to see what I could find. I quickly found a pile of items to try on, although this location does not carry any of the edgier lines in extended sizes. I left with a sweater, a top, and a jacket. All were on sale and very reasonable. The woman working the check out was super friendly and commented on the colors and how nice they'd look on me. But why, for the love of all things holy, do the racks need to be jammed so close together that you can't walk around without getting caught?? It's true at all Kohl's locations across the country that I've visited and it irritates the hell out of me. If there was room to get the little cart basket through more easily, I'd shop here a lot more.

Very large Kohl's. A lot of selection and variety that you don't find in the smaller ones. Double a staff too! Many people on the floor to help customers. Associates are helpful, courteous, and attentive. That's very important because I've been to some Kohl's where they could care less you were even in the store. I'll definitely be back to this store when I'm in the area!

I have been shopping at Kohl's for 13 years, for just about everything... Clothes, jewelry, gifts, mens, kids, misc. even at the door for Black Friday specials every year. Some years ago I applied for a Kohls Charge card and rejected (rightfully so as I was still in college and had yet to build my credit). Fast forward to yesterday, I had since built my credit and was excited to go over my credit with my bank. Unfortunately, I had a minor hiccup with my credit, it appeared that I had a very much Open Kohl's charge card, which was definitely a shock. What was more shocking was the fact that it showed that I was very late on a payment that was eventually paid off... Today, I called the Kohl's corporate company to discuss the issue. Upon talking to customer service they informed me that I did in fact have a open Kohl's card since 2015... that had NEVER been used before and Never was late on a charge (...because yes, you guessed it.... had never been used before). Of course I'm confused and explained my situation. The lady puts me on hold for 13 minutes and comes back to say that she has confirmed that I have never been active with my card before, but unfortunately can't help transfer me to someone who can help with the issue. I ask if she'd send an email to me explaining that I have never been active or been late on a payment with Kohl's, in which she says she can't send any email. I ask to speak to someone who can, so I can present the evidence to my bank about my history since 2015 with Kohl's. She puts me on hold for 8 minutes and then says she can send a letter that I don't have a current balance..... Okay. Once again I have to reiterate that all I need is confirmation from Kohl's in print that I don't have a history of late payments with them. She puts me on hold AGAIN. Repeats her same exact automated response. I repeat my request and even explain in further detail (just incase she somehow didn't understand my initial request). Puts me on hold and says the same EXACT AUTOMATED response. Customer Service is absolutely horrific. She kept putting me on hold forever. Wasting over 50 minutes of my time. I have Kohl's for the most part be very unorganized and uncluttered in stores when it comes to their merchandise and customer service, but I'm extremely disappointed that it resonates far worse from their Corporate office. Unfortunately Kohl's has lost what was a very loyal customer family base.

I stopped at this Kohl's today and had a very pleasant experience. I'm not normally a Kohl's shopper, but this store was cleaner and more organized than most. The workers in customer service were very helpful and quick with what I needed. There were plenty of people around while I browsed to ask if I needed help which was convenient. The products Kohl's sells aren't always the best of quality and if you're paying for a full priced item, you're doing it wrong. But, if you're a big fan of Kohl's - I'd recommend this store.

Worse customer service and management. They try stealing from you when you try returning things and always come up with a reason you can't get the full price . Always offer way less then half
