If I could give this place zero stars I would. Me and my wife inquired on an 2017 Audi A4 that they had on the lot. We worked with John Konstan our sales rep… Todd Mathias the desk manager and Alexis Brinker the finacing manager…After going back and forth with them on pricing we agreed to a number out the door. I expressed we would be using our own Financing and that we didn't want to go through their lenders. For clear reasons of protecting our credit from to many inquiries. They told me that their company policies didn't allow for outside bank checks unless you lived in the state of Wisconsin. (we live in Illinois 1hr from the dealership). My bank check was through PNC and they said the only way I could purchase the car was to apply for an auto loan through their website and they would submit it to PNC. My banker at PNC informed me that this was a first time ever hearing a dealership tell a customer this. They tried to strong arm us into finacing with them so that they could make more money off the deal. I had already put a $1000 deposit hold on the vehicle and even offered to give them the already-cut check from my bank to them in advance.. I expressed that they could deposit the check and once it cleared on their end I would come back and take delivery of the vehicle. But I was told that if I want the car it's pretty much their way or the highway. I was sent my $1000 back thankfully. But I hope you all stay clear of this dealership. I work for a dealership and have never done business like this. Highly disappointed with this experience.

Took my Jaguar to get serviced, had to leave it there overnight. When I picked it up I had a crack in my windshield that they refused to repair. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR vehicles fully before leaving the lot! Unfortunately Dennis or Bob were very unhelpful. Didn’t communicate effectively all my call backs were a day after. Jaguar in Schaumburg is where I would give my five star. Also they replaced a windshield wiper with an aftermarket one without letting me know and charged me full price. Ridiculous.

The wait was long…but the amenities at this dealer and the kindness and respect that I received at the dealership is unmatched anywhere. Will never buy another car at any other dealership again.

I sent the Jaguar signal ? Johnny & Chad answered. They made time in their busy schedules to accommodate my Swag Jag same day!I returned from vacation and my tire indicator light was on! I figured it was because I haven't driven in a while and just needed air..NOPE!! I HAD A ITTY BITTY NAIL IN MY TIRE causing me a BIG headache. Instead of continually having to put air in it for everytime I stopped driving, I brought it into to see my favorite people, Johnny and Chad.I have 2 Jaguar locations in a 20 minute radius and I will not go back unless I couldn't get my truck in Johnny's phenomenal customer-centric mechanic hands and Chad's accomodating and knowledgeable expertise presence.I ONLY go to the Waukesha Jaguar to get my rare breed serviced. Their customer service is UNMATCHED and consistent! I've only had great experiences and friendly interactions throughout the Waukesha location with ALL STAFF AND OTHER MECHANICS I come into contact with.Thank you for making my visits VIP experiences ~Enjoli ?

Had set appointment a few weeks ahead, needed a loaner. Arrived and reception didn’t have a record of me needing a loaner, but Peter from the service dept jumped in to take care of things and get me set up. Picked up the car the following day and it was immaculate! Outstanding job. Dropping the loaner was quick and easy. Very impressed by the above and beyond “cementing the customer relationship” job that Peter did. Thank you!

Peter at Fields Jaguar Waukesha was super helpful about what services I needed and didn’t need and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. He greeted me with a smile, was pleasant to work with through the entire process of my service visit. I've never actually felt a connection with my car dealer until I purchased my Jaguar from Fields. From Allen who sold me to vehicle, to Chad and Peter who have serviced my SUV, their customer service has been top tier. I also like that there's a text feature to get updates on service rather than having to call.

Other Dealerships should train here!The only place I will EVER GO AS LONG AS I OWN A JAGUAR, IT WILL ONLY BE WAUKESHA. WELL, let me preface this by saying, only if Chad and Johnny works here.(Side note: I drive 1.5 hrs to service my truck and I have a Jaguar dealership 10 mins away and another 20 mins away. All I can say is the service is sub-par)My loyalty is to phenomenal customer service and genuine people connnection.Johnny has been really great. I can rely on him to ensure my Jag is at it's peak performance, but also gets me in and out in a timely fashion. Chad is gracious about the costs and extended warranty coverage information, ans making sure to check in with me during my visits.The other perk is the Fresh Station! Ivonne is an absolute asset to this company where her positive attitude and people connection is infectious. This is probably related to a "food coma" environment & relaxed atmosphere.All these elements combined, services my loyalty to theirs. Their loyality speaks to the Jaguar current and original brand The Art of Performance and old school brand Grace, Space, Pace. If you are in Waukesha, stop in and tell them thank you from the one and only ,Enjoli!

Peter was a nice guy but the software update converted my speedometer to kilometers and there’s no way to switch it back. Peter promised me they would look into it but 2+ months later, I’m still waiting. I’ve followed up with them, but that hasn’t helped

I been here a few times in the last few months for different reasons, they always received me with at most care and addressed all the issues every single time.Every one in the service department is good but my man peter is my to go person. He always addresses my issues and gives me an ideal solution.My father always used to tell me, more than the brand service is important. Here you get both.
