The worst service I have ever had. Went for parts for oil changes for trans and engine. They told me I needed the vin# before they could look up any parts. After calling my wife to get the VIN# I was told the car is to old to look up parts (Its a 2000 xj8 in show room new condition with 45,000 miles) and that they wouldn't even work on it. They couldn't even tell me the OEM oil and parts needed. Then I went to Napa parts and they found all the OEM info I needed in 3 minutes and had all the parts in stock. I was looking at 2014 jaguar f that was on the lot for sale for the wife. Needless to say i will never get another jaguar.

They do an outstanding job at Jaguar. Peter in particular made my experience painless.they arranged for pick up and drop off, made getting the appointment easy and quick. And They found and communicated the resolution quickly. They do a particularly good job at Jaguar Waukesha! Thank you to the whole team!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Me and my wife inquired on an 2017 Audi A4 that they had on the lot. We worked with John Konstan our sales rep… Todd Mathias the desk manager and Alexis Brinker the finacing manager…After going back and forth with them on pricing we agreed to a number out the door. I expressed we would be using our own Financing and that we didn't want to go through their lenders. For clear reasons of protecting our credit from to many inquiries. They told me that their company policies didn't allow for outside bank checks unless you lived in the state of Wisconsin. (we live in Illinois 1hr from the dealership). My bank check was through PNC and they said the only way I could purchase the car was to apply for an auto loan through their website and they would submit it to PNC. My banker at PNC informed me that this was a first time ever hearing a dealership tell a customer this. They tried to strong arm us into finacing with them so that they could make more money off the deal. I had already put a $1000 deposit hold on the vehicle and even offered to give them the already-cut check from my bank to them in advance.. I expressed that they could deposit the check and once it cleared on their end I would come back and take delivery of the vehicle. But I was told that if I want the car it's pretty much their way or the highway. I was sent my $1000 back thankfully. But I hope you all stay clear of this dealership. I work for a dealership and have never done business like this. Highly disappointed with this experience.
