Had a great experience working with Jennifer Jensen! She answered every question we had and was such a great source of knowledge for us as we went through the home buying process. She is fast and easy to get ahold of. We were recommended to her and were not disappointed! She helped us secure great financing for our loan! Beyond just Jennifer, Inlanta Mortgage in general was very easy to work with - providing and signing documents was simple, the email videos providing status were helpful - all around a positive experience with Jennifer, Buck, and Inlanta!

Loan officer was absolutely incompetent. Provided a preapproval letter on the buyer indicating income was verified however this clearly was not done. Misled us the sellers and misrepresented the buyers creditworthiness. Deal fell through due to this. Loan officer also provided a letter stating how highly qualified the buyer was to buy our home that was dated well before our house went on the market--unethical business practices- BEWARE
