I had the pleasure of working with Erin Hedman. I was impressed with her knowledge of the various car models, her access to whatever car we wanted to drive, and most importantly her willingness to do whatever was needed to make sure we were satisfied. She is very professional, yet fun. I would highly recommend her as your source at the Infiniti dealership.

Erin the sales person was very nice and communicated with me during the whole. Process. But there were are issues with the BMW X5. Missing controls, drivers seat ripped but now taken care of by dealership. Many scratches etc. Was told I could take care of it myself with the paint that would be ordered. Still haven’t received. I spent $25,000 and could go anywhere but didn’t because I found the X5 I wanted but with the lack of customer care.

I have had a great relationship the last couple years ant Infinite west Allis location because initially -Michelle is Amazing!! Her customer service is steller!! So why would I be surprised when Heidi my new forever sales lady and John the transparent finance guru guided me through the entire process when getting my new car. They stayed on top of everything and kept me in the loop. They provided me with raw suggestions that would work in my favor. Heidi stayed after hours teaching me how to work my app and going over my new features. I almost forgot I was dealing with employees and felt more like friends. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!

My sales person Adam & his team were exceptional to work with. I had a very pleasant purchase experience and will definitely be back for routine maintenance and future vehicles. I have been to many dealerships that waste time and play games. This one does none of that. Thanks again all. I would highly recommend them. 5 stars.

Great dealership! Off the beaten path but not too far off. Friendly, great atmosphere, super helpful sales personnel, deluxe interior waiting areas, complementary drinks and snacks. Highly recommend!

I wrote a review about the sales side and now which is just as important, SERVICE. I had one minor issue and one which was a bit more complicated. Rear view mirror was a bit loose, most likely some tightening, the other is bit weird, there is a wind/sucking water noise coming from the sun roof but not not when it's raining. Sam didn't laugh at me, which was good. So far it's been going well, I pulled in the drive bay and was immediately greeted by Sam, like able and professional,who got the basic information and invited me to wait in the waiting area. I should also mention that I was greeted by Michelle who wanted to introduce herself. Impressive for that to happen. I can't ever remember over the years the Manager coming out unless I had to raise an issue.Will everything work out? Waiting time for parts? Will they become dismissive? Stay tuned.....I will update this service part because after all, the sales part is a one time experience but service goes on for as long as you own that vehicle. Gary***update***They did some simple adjustments and the mirror is perfect, I have to wait until it rains to see if it no longer makes weird sound. Excellent service team!!

We had an AMAZING experience buying our new (to us) Ford Explorer. Our salesperson, Tim, Doug, and John in finance are awesome to work with. We experienced absolutely no pressure, amazing attention, and are very happy… they actually treated us like we’re old friends!

Thank you John Gil. I had bought an extended warranty back in 2020-21 from him, moved to Georgia and had to file a claim now. The warranty provider denied at first stating I didnt have the coverage, a mistake while submitting the initial warranty. Reached out to John and he immediately communicated with the warranty provider and had my profile corrected. Service center here in GA re-submitted the claim and had it approved immediately. I cannot comment on other Infiniti service centers, but can definitely say if you need an extended warranty on your Infiniti, and live in this zip, get it from John Gil. He did not ask me for any feedback, am posting this out of my own will. Thank you once again John. Really appreciate.

Unfortunately, this is the only dealer in my state. I am actively looking for another place that can service my Infiniti or get another brand of car. Since my first visit in 2021, I have had poor service from some of the service reps and from the manager Michelle. When I book a service, the price seems to change once the service is complete. The last 2 visits, the techs have been careless and cause cosmetic damages to the inside. When I spoke to Michelle and sent pictures, she does not take the concern seriously and has not resolve. Currently, I booked the 70K maintenance package. After service (6/29/23), the price went up an additional $60. This has not been resolved. I was sent coupons for break service. Initially, the response was, the coupon did not cover "my kind of breaks" even though the break service was sent specifically for my car. After much push back, it was decided they would honor it. In Nov. I scheduled service for an electrical issue. Once they were informed I had an extended warranty, a host of other "issues" were discovered some I had never experienced such as the check engine light was on. This has never occurred since I purchased the vehicle. Then end total for these repairs was close to $8000. I am not comfortable bringing any issue to this dearlership and would appreciate a referral to other certified Infiniti dealers.

Best experience buying a car I ever had. Great staff, great management, traded in my old Infiniti that id serviced there for years - Michele is the best, thanks for keeping the old girl running so long - got top dollar for my trade.
