I really like my qx55 however it’s a 23 service vehicle with over 9,000 mi and I feel we overpaid. It wasn’t prepped very well for the sale. And there were more paint scratches that we noticed after we got home. We still have to pick up the paint from the dealer but feel they could have fixed them for the price we paid. Also, it’s a state law to have front and rear license plates in WI and they never bothered to put the front license on the car. They just threw it in the back of the car.

Had the best experience in purchasing my first vehicle! Worked with Andrae specifically who went above and beyond in all areas! Thoroughly explained options, answered any questions, provided honest and realistic feedback, was patient and just overall has a great energy!!! However, also interacted with a few team members in my time there and the team dynamic and support shown is great. The different vehicles available were all quality vehicles, and I am super happy with my choice I made! I had a great experience there. I came in looking for a trade, got a great deal on my trade in with the help of Heidi and John(finance). We were able to get things done in a matter of time. She answered all my questions. She just knew this car was a great fit for me and she was right. Definitely loving this new car, smooth ride.
