WOW!! Excellent customer service! We pulled in as they were closing and an associate stayed overtime. The associate was meticulous with fitting my son to make sure he could safely play. He helped to find the right combination of rental and new equipment for my teenagers first season. 100% recommend this business!

Very good service and friendly and helpful and knowledgeable staff. I received help picking my daughter goalie equipment out. Will def be back. A must go if your new to lacrosse.

My son picked out components for a new lacrosse stick. We were greeted friendly and helped right away. The guy helping us made suggestions on his favorites. He switched out the shooting strings for my son right away and had him try it out in back. He was given a free shirt before we left. Happy kid! Recommend!!

Pretty good selection, they offer stick stringing service which appears well done from the heads they are selling. Even carry some hard to find items. Owner seems friendly and cares a lot about what he does. Hours are posted but dubious at best as I've came 2x during hours and nobody is there. I'd also suggest a better sign? It's not easy to tell if the front or rear door is the entrance and if you weren't looking pretty hard you would drive right past it.

This place is the absolute worst. The kid working the store has absolutely no clue what he is doing. From equipment, to pricing, to running the store all around. Why would you leave him incharge? Not to mention the fact the store is NEVER open! Good luck finding it open during hours advertised they are open, they won't be there. At the price of gas someone can't afford to drive from towns away numerous times to find it closed! If you can't run a business properly you should be closed. And don't even get me started on the prices, this place is a rip off, owner that is full of excuses, and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else! Don't say you weren't warned.

We love this store and Robin is amazing!! My boys love going there and just talking to him about equipment. He takes the time to get to know them and treats them so well. He is not pushy at all. I highly, highly recommend Hot4Lax.

Lack of product variety, and what they do have is overpriced. I came in with something very specific in mind and was pressured to buy more equipment that I had already stated I didn't need. Had to spend way too long in the store and still overpaid. A shame this is the only lacrosse store in the area, I don't see it staying afloat for long.

If you have any questions about equipment or lacrosse they have options and answers for you. The service and chance to get hands and great advice is worth the trip. Also opportunities year round for players to improve at lacrosse.

We came in as newbies since this will be my son Isaac's First time playing lacrosse. We were greeted by the owner who was very enthusiastic and did a great job explaining the purpose of all of the gear needed. We informed him that we were interested in renting gear since Isaac has never played before. He led us upstairs to a room filled with lacrosse gear, all organized well. He proceeded to fit my son with the gear he needed and was very helpful. It was a great experience and we received phenomenal service! I was thrilled to learn there are opportunities for summer camp and more. I highly recommend Hot4lax to anyone looking to rent or purchase gear as well as receive coaching/training.
