Overall I am a Home Depot fan. But don't order a kitchen and bath from them unless you want to haul water from the shower for 2 months and counting to do dishes in plastic basins.

Down right rude employees who don't care about anything since they know that they could get away with anything cause of the pandemic that's going on right now. Tried to get help but apparently helping customers isn't a top priority at this particular location Guess it's time to move on to another location or a different home improvement chain

Its a Great place to work, we're like family. HD offers a full benefit package which is a rarity in this day in age. Also, HD is flexible when it comes to employees having multiple jobs. Management really cares about their employees and show it through various rewards.

Bought all new appliances. Fridge, oven, microwave, cooktop, washer and dryer. Paid for installation. The only thing they "installed" was the fridge. ( but pinched the water line so I had to pull it out and fix myself. Unhooked my oven and microwave and disposed of it, then said they couldn't install either. They did plug in dryer but broke exhaust vent, hooked up washer( well except for installing the water line) again had to Do myself. Simply refused to do cooktop, dishwasher, oven and microwave. But managed to scratch and ding both new oven and dishwasher before they left. Spent hrs with customer service blamed everything on Samsung. Finally get a tech he spends an entire minute saying everything is hooked up. It wasn't and that they didn't send him with right parts to replace dented surfaces and left. Simply put, sales people are uniformed liars, installation team and techs are useless, Customer service can't even type notes or relay proper information constantly trying to put blame on manufacture and me. Anyone else is better

If I could I would give 0 stars. I have purchased major appliances and had it scheduled to be delivered. Driver called and started to scream that he could not find my home since it was in new subdivision. I said I could direct him but he kept yelling he can not find the address and I will have to reschedule. I tried to explain that I couldn't reschedule and needed refrigerator to store my food due to moving but could not get thru his screaming at me. I have never experienced someone yelling at me while trying to deliver the service. Please NEVER ever use Home Depot services. I am appalled with the behavior of the delivery driver, delivery agent and the store manager I delt with.

Really disappointed with customer service from a washer dryer online order. Scheduled time to be at home for delivery and installation only to have them arrive without the installation material, and then tell me they couldn’t be back for 5 days at the soonest. Multiple calls with no help or other option other than wait 5 more days. Similar experience earlier this year with a dishwasher. Looking for someone to make this right or it’s my last Home Depot purchase.

Our dishwasher installation has been a comedy of errors and still is not installed. Home Depot clearly outsources to the most incompetent clowns in our area. Some guys in a budget rental truck dropped off our dishwasher and bolted, feeding us a line of bologna about the plumber arriving within the hour. No plumber arrived. (Turns out the salesperson neglected to charge us an installation fee. The invoice said "deliver/install/haul away" in three places, but there was no fee charged. We didn't know this.) Home Depot took $150 off the installation fee and scheduled the installation for today. Guy shows up with a drill in his hand. "What is the problem?" He was not aware he'd be installing a dishwasher. Turns out, he didn't know how to install it. So now we have two dishwashers, neither hooked up, and Home Depot tells us we'll be responsible for the haul-away. I hate you people.

Not the best place if you're concerned about physical distancing, but they have pretty much every item you're looking for the home.I have to say that the service is pretty good. If the guy doesn't know, they'll try to find someone who does. And their app is pretty good too. I was seeking gutter stuff, and I went to the app, and it showed me which aisle and bay its in. Worked great.just wear a mask and gloves while you're there if you're concerned of covid.

I have never been treated as poorly at a store in my life as I was here yesterday. Went to the service desk to order a shed and fence panels and was turned away because "Customer Service" closed at 6 pm. It was 10 min after 6, no signs posted and we stood there waiting to be acknowledged by one of the 4 people standing behind the counter.

For this most part I have no issues with Home Depot. But they use a contractor Crew2 for their flooring and tile installs. Seeing they Crew2 represents Home Depot, I have to give them low marks because of that. If you are going to look for flooring or tile installed find a different contractor because Home Depot only uses Crew2 and below is why you should stay away from them. On 8/16/2019, I was scheduled to have my kitchen back splash replaced. They were slated to arrive at 8 am. The guy arrived on time, which was the only thing that went right that day. I was outside working in my yard when I saw the guy arrive. He started to back up my drive way and from that moment everything went wrong. As I stood to watch him to tell him I need to be able to get my car out of the driveway, I observed his driving skills. As I'm standing there watching the guy back up or try to I'm watching has he drives in my grass, almost knocks over a newly planted tree, and crush a few the other plants in my landscaping. Once he finally cleared my landscaping he just about crashes into my basketball goal. Once he was finally close enough to speak to I tell him what I needed to tell him about my car, and offer up a suggestion of how to part his "sprinter van". He says okay and continues to just park the van. I tell him again "if you turn around and pull straight in you would be able to put the nose of the van here, and have clear access to your back doors and the garage." This guy then gets back in his van, at this point I think he's about to turn the van around. Nope! He then makes a call to his office to complain about me. After being on the phone complaining for about 5 or more minutes, he then gets back out and says "lets see the job." I ask aren't you going to turn the van around? Where he was parked would of had him walking in my mulch beds to get out whatever he needed from the back of the van, and I didn't want my landscaping trampled. He then gets back in the van, (I thought to turn it around) turns to me and starts yelling at me, "I'VE WORKED FOR HOME DEPOT FOR 15 YEARS I DON'T NEED THIS CRAP!" then gets in his van and drives off. As he is yelling at me his office calls me and I pick up the phone hoping they can hear him yelling at me. They ask whats going on, I say your guy just left me house and I have no idea why. Now I spoke with a lady I'm assuming from their Milwaukee office but she was super nice and just as confused as I was. I explained to her what I wrote above and expressed to her I stayed calm the entire time. I didn't get mad or in a pissing match with the guy. She confirmed I seemed pretty calm and said she would do her best to get someone out there today to finish my project. At this point I'm still calm and still confused as to what just happened. All of this happened between 8:00 & 8:15 am. I was told I would get a call back once they know more. 10:30 am rolls around, I'm still waiting in my house because I think someone is coming. I call back to find out whats going on I get oh I'm working on it I'll let you know. 12:30 pm rolls around and I'm still waiting to find out what the heck is going to with my install. I call back I get I'm still working on it. Now I'm mad. I get told they can't come back out today and they will see what they can do and the earliest they can get me in and they will call me back once they know. Now 8/16/2019 is a Friday, and I had to use a day of vacation to be there for the install. I'm now mad at this point because they wasted my time and their guy had a stick up is butt for some reason. But also, no one can tell me what is happening. Every time I called I would get a we are working on it. By 4:00 pm that day 8 hours later they still had no idea what was going to happen, but "they are working on it." How long does it take to get someone to

Been to the appliance department 3 times in the past month, to purchase a microwave. First time was a weekend, big mistake, left right away. Second time, a Wednesday afternoon. Waited 20 minutes for help, then left. 3rd time, and last, waited a half hour, back up was paved, but nobody came. If you're going to understaff why don't you schedule appointments?
