Steven C is the sales rep that introduced me to this dealership since last summer. I finally decided to get a car this summer and was met with A LOT of patience, flexibility, and honesty.
Being real here, I was probably not the easiest customer. I came unprepared for a few things since this was my first time ever making a purchase like this. This is my own fault as I should’ve done more research for what exactly is needed when financing a car. Kezra S, the sales/finance dealer, was extremely helpful and patient throughout all of this. She offered a lot of good advice and made the process really easy and smooth on her end.

Absolute worst experience with a dealer ever.
I bought my 2013 VW Jetta TDI here, go to Volkswagen of Milwaukee North they will actually help you.
Within the first week of buying it, it had a check engine light. Brought it in. Got my car back, light again. This went back and forth 4 times before they actually went and replaced the parts that needed to be replaced.
After the parts were replaced, I got another check engine light. For the same issue as before. Same code. Brought it in, sent it back, as of right now, 3 times, each time the mechanic sounding more and more pissed off.
Dan Soto is working on my car right now, or he is supposed to be. I am a girl, so whenever I bring it in they treat me like an idiot, and I've had to get my dad involved because the service people actually seem to respect him.
I am so tired of this place, this has been going back and forth for literally MONTHS. I need my car to go to work, it's wasting my time I assume it's wasting your mechanics time, just fix my freaking car. The salesman who sold me my car Edmund, was very nice in the beginning, but won't answer any texts or calls. I know I seem like a karen right now, but I've tried my best to be polite, and it has absolutely not worked.
If a car is not worth your time to fix, then don't sell it broken.

I've had troubles with my 02' beetle for the 2 years that I've owned it. I got it as a used vehicle from a random used car dealership and ever since It's been a trouble child. I attempted to go to not one but TWO other places that specialized in VW vehicles, especially beetles, but they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the constant throttle misfire it was having. I brought it here as a last-ditch "if they can't fix it I gotta sell it" option. not only did Dayne and all the other technicians working on my car get me in with all the wonky holiday hours, all the other previous appointments, and the mechanical nightmare that my car is They kept me updated on my car at all times and made it as smooth and as financially possible as they could. I will continue to go here as long as I own a VW. Thanks again guys!
