I emailed Griffin Ford after hours about a specific truck. I wanted to know if it still available. The very next morning at 8:20 am a sales rep ( Frank ) called me and answered all my questions about the truck, gave me different payment options. I had 1 problem, this was a tuesday and i couldn’t get to the dealership until Friday-and i am 3 hours away. Frank said no problem ! we’ll hold it for you until then ( with no money down ) i was like WOW thats pretty nice. I ended up going to the dealership friday , test driving the truck and liking it. I then met with Brandon who assisted me because Frank was busy with another customer. I had to wait til the following Friday to pick up my truck ( for my own reasons ) when we arrived Frank had everything on his end ready including the truck, i met with Paul in finance and he was very efficent with the paperwork. Everthing extra i wanted ( spray in bed liner weather tech floor mats ) Frank got it done. The whole experience at Griffin Ford made my vehicle purchase enjoyable.
