Car in for a broken headlight for SIX WEEKS! Horrible communication, I called twice daily and left messages, but calls never returned. When I finally got the car back, it was VERY dirty, inside and out. They also forgot to put a part on the hood until I asked about it when I picked up the car.

I mean, nobody wants to, but if you have to get your car fixed, these guys are friendly, fast, and do a good job. Worked with my insurance so payment and pickup was easy.

Keith and Thomas at Griffin Collision Repair are awesome! I was in a car accident and the day of the accident was able to get a quote regarding the door damages. Thomas worked closely with my insurance company so I did not see a bill or have a worry about the transition of funds between insurance and Griffin. Excellent customer service, and my vehicle was returned to me four days ahead of schedule and looking great. Would definitely bring my vehicle back!Service: Body & Trim

I had paint peeling on my hood on my 2017 Interceptor Utility. I talked to Alaina and Tom and they told me it was still under the 5 year warranty. They got the ball rolling and before I knew it, they had a beautiful new hood installed with the letters and everything. If I need any body work I am definately going back to Griffin again and recommending it to all my friends.Service: Body & Trim

I can’t even express how thankful I am to have worked with Tom and his team. As a woman seeking for quotes can be a bitter experience. I hate to admit it but many of the places I went looked at me and treated me poorly. Im positive they judged me by my looks saw I was young and unexperienced so they tried to take advantage. One of the body shops I went to was going to charge me much more than repainting the whole vehicle for a couple of details. I am so thankful to this team who changed my whole experience around. As soon as I arrived Ailena treaded me with kindness, was so Knowledgeable, and her professionalism was unbelievable. Once I spoke to Tom and had him walk me through everything and told me he was going to do everything he could for a not even a quarter of what I was being charged at other places I knew this was the right place to go. When I picked up my truck I couldn’t believe how well it looked. I strongly recommended working with Tom and his team. You will have no regrets. Tom was nothing but wonderful! He took the time not only to explain what was wrong with my vehicle, but he also took the time to offer his help with understanding how to move forward with my insurance. Great place with friendly people. Had a minor dent on the door. I initially went to a different shop where they said the door may have to be re-painted. Glad that I stopped at Griffin for a second opinion. Thomas inspected and said they could fix it in an hour without requiring paint work and quoted less than half the price of my initial quote. Thomas was very professional, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout till the job is done clean. Although it was a small job, it really meant a lot to me since the vehicle is brand new. Thanks Thomas and Griffin.

When I went to pick it up they put on new bumper there was a lot of grease on it had to tell them to get it off or was not leaving that should have not been on there when I pick it up shows that attention to detail sucks

Griffin Collison Repair Center recently repaired my 2015 Fusion. Tom went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. He kept communication with me about my car, he listened to me vent my frustrations about the other drivers insurance company, and never did he complain! They cleaned my car inside and out, too! They dusted, cleaned, and vacuumed the entire interior! They went above and beyond and I cannot express my appreciation enough. I've purchased all my vehicles from Griffin Ford, and there is consistent great customer service with the dealership and the collision center. I will never take my vehicle anywhere but Griffin and I will keep purchasing my vehicles through them as well.
