drop my car off for a radiator , car was already taken apart but all bolts and pieces were inside the car already. they installed it but did not install some bolts to the radiator fan so now its moving freely and didnt top off the radiator reservoir , i called to let them know but they made it seem like its not their fault since it was already taken apart. as a mechanic myself you're supposed to make sure everything is installed no matter what. they said there not gonna drop anything to install 1-2 bolts that doesnt need anything removed to install them and itll take about an hour and a half for them to do it. might as well do it myself and itll take me 5 mins. horrible shitty shop do not recommend.

I've come here a few times to get various things done, and the first couple of times were fine, however the last 3 times I've come here in particular I have had negative experiences. Just like any other mechanic they will find something extra to charge you for. They do decent work for a reasonable price but it seems like their overall quality is slipping. These last experiences more recently have brought my view of this place down considerably. I don't know if I will return for services here.
