I had a great experience with Boucher Hyundai getting my new Genesis. Deshay Henry was my guy and he did a terrific job. Looking for a new Hyundai or Genesis? Don't miss Boucher! (Ask for Deshay too. Super guy!)

I had a great sales experience with Deshay. I'd highly recommend this location if you are looking for a Genesis. I was able to put a hold on the car and it arrived earlier than expected. Great service and explanation on the abilities of the vehicle.

great ownership experience of a gv70. Our first year has been virtually trouble free, and the car's interior is gorgeous. It's a real pleasure to drive. Genesis of Waukesha has been great to work with throughout. We live 20 or so miles from the dealership, and getting to use the included concierge service for service appointments has been a real pleasure. Basically an employee comes to the house on a scheduled day, drops off a nice loaner, and brings it back clean several hours later. It truly is top notch customer service.

I bought a Genesis at the start of 2021. Great car but the dealership/service was initially very poor (broke car trim completing oil change, missed valet pickups, no communication on repairs). However, in the spring of 2023 they separated the brands (Kia, Hyundai, and Genesis) and improved the experience drastically. The service department continues to get better and they are working on building a new Genesis dealership which should solidify the Genesis luxury experience.

I needed an oil change in my 2020 Sonata and I called Genesis of Waukesha, and they were so awesome and I had an appointment the next day. I will be coming back for another oil change and possibly a few other maintenance needs. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle to their service guys, they were super friendly and very professional/communicative throughout the entire process. ??

Giving Genesis of Waukesha my family returned with a $500 check to hold an incoming GV80 (white prestige w/ultramarine blue/dune) with another family member wanting to order a 2024 GV-80. The salesman was in the same worn out pants, shirt and tie as the day before. Again not being able to answer the simplest questions about genesis. With the only locations for any service in Wisconsin being Appleton and Waukesha and rude treatment my family members left. Genesis is a great product the salesman and sales manger are utterly worthless. High recommend Lexus or Acura just to the east on Bluemound.

Original Review: It is a great place, in my opinion. I came in for some maintenance, and everything was done very promptly and to my expectations. I also enjoy that it is not expensive, unlike German premium brands.Update 02.13.23: I had to reduce my review to 2 stars due to horrid experience with their service department. I was not treated well. Furthermore, they have NO loaner vehicles, despite me repeatedly asking for one. Mind you, it was for warranty work on my Genesis. Very poor follow-up and customer service from their service advisors, and the managers don't seem to care to address the issues.

Test drove a GV70 at this dealership. The drive was fine but the experience was pretty impersonal and we were asked hardly anything about why we were there, what our needs were, and what our financial situation was. We were offered a ridiculously high lease price that was 25% higher than what was advertised on their own website for the exact same vehicle we tested. Then the rep attempted to briefly pitch us on a Hyundai SUV and then a Genesis sedan. Obviously some interesting assumptions about us were made and taken into account, and whatever those were they were very far off. Did not proceed any further, and would not return.

I was very excited to test drive the genesis gv70. Walked into this dealership and from the looks I received i felt out of place. Everyone was busy standing around. Long story short, I was given a leasing price that did not match what was advertised online and was told to check out hyundai sedan instead. Well the only semi interesting thing at this dealership was the genesis and outside of that you will not catch me at a Hyundai dealership (no offense to those that love Hyundai).

Went to Hyundai Boucher to drive a Genesis GV70. Upon entry into the dealership, we chose to stand 2 ft from the door off to the side while we waited for our salesperson. Soon after, we were encouraged to sit in the salesperson’s cubicle. We politely declined. We were then strongly encouraged not to stand to the side of the entry and guided to a tall table to sit. The appointment wasn’t off to a good start.Once the salesperson was available, he greeted my husband and me and shook both of our hands. He knew my husband was interested in a test drive and asked for a copy of his driver’s license. Disappointingly, he didn’t bother to ask if I would like to drive the car in addition to my husband. How car salesmen don’t understand that the wife is going to be the primary influencer in a purchase is beyond me!The SUV drove very nicely although it was a bit of a snug fit for my husband, who’s 6’. The interior is sharp and the vehicle has some nice features including brake hold, heads up display, massage seats, and drive assist. Overall, a very nice vehicle. What wasn’t very nice is Boucher is charging a “market adjustment“ of $7,400 above MSRP for their Genesis vehicles even though Hyundai sent out warning letters to their dealers. KBB has a solid article on this business practice dated 3/31/2022My husband mentioned to the salesman that he’s currently in a lease through the end of January and that he’d need to get through that prior to a purchase. He also shared how much he loves his current vehicle and that the Genesis GV70 was the only car that caught his eye.We walked back in to grab the salesman’s business card so we could reach out if/when we wanted to move forward with a purchase. He then took that opportunity to inform his GM that we were in a lease and a purchase wasn’t imminent. The GM came over to introduce himself and share with us his opinion on why Ford leasing sucks (FUD). I’m not a fan of putting down another product in order to make yours look better especially when charging a “market adjustment “.Not impressed at all with this dealership. Then again, we’ve had repeated disappointment with Boucher dealerships throughout Wisconsin. Needless to say, we will not be buying this vehicle. Do better Boucher!
