absolute dog water of an app and company you turn your notifications on you turn tracking on you turn text message tracking on and they don’t send you any notifications until after they leave the freaking slip. L if I had enough time, I would leave a negative review on every single FedEx one across the country with negative stars. i hate your company. oh, did I mention no knock or buzzer at all so how am I supposed to know?

First day, we were home with doors and garage open all day. They left tag on the door. Watched video and doorbell wasn’t pressed. 2nd day we were not home. 3rd day we were again home all day waiting for delivery by 8pm as promised. We made sure to have door open and aware they were delivering. At 8pm they updated delivery with “not home” and used a picture from two days ago of the door tag again. They never attempted today. I called FedEx and agent was very nice and they said it will be delivered tomorrow by 8pm. Now I have to have someone wait home again to sign for the package. Will it show up? Who knows. UPS doesn’t seem to have these issues and even the USPS seems to do a better job in our area

Trying to reach a location to ask a question is impossible. A mess up in communication on their end and I can’t even communicate with a person working there. That and deliveries from FedEx are almost always late.

Worst place ever to receive a delivery from. Been screwed twice now for waiting on automotive parts. It even was sitting at there facility for 2 days. An hour from my house. Then a dumb computer just does nothing to help you. Package is always late, always damaged and the people who deliver never ever deliver with any care. I will not be ordering from ANYTHING that's uses fed ex for a delivery service. Fedex should not be in business anymore.

I have never dealt with a more incompetent shipping company in my life.. I’ve missed my package twice because the damn driver refuses to go inside the apartment complex where I live. Even after talking with FOUR representatives to put in specific delivery instructions or have the package held at the Waukesha location - it still ends up with the driver “trying” to deliver the package by sticking a missed tag on the front door of the building. Infuriating isn’t even a word to describe it at this point.

This place worked hard to make sure I got my package after another delivery location mis-sorted it. The manager did it first thing in the morning when they got there. The package was late due to another plant, but because of their work I did not lose thousands of dollars and months of time that would have been lost if they did not get this to me when they did. Thank God for these people!

I was not notified that my package was outside before leaving a door tag. I was at home waiting and my delivery at scheduled for 11:20a and it came at 10:12a. I ironically checked the tracking at 10:14a and seen a picture of a door tag. My only pickup option is in Waukesha, WI and I'm in Milwaukee, WI. I'm not driving and now is expected to wait until Monday for my package which was urgent for me to get ASAP! I no longer want it!!! And I paid for express shipping SMH!!!
