$15 for 2 day shipping. We have construction on the main road in front of my house. The driver didn't feel like parking 30ft away around the corner on the side street and walking up to my door. So, my tracked number updated to say "we tried to deliver but couldnt." They never "tried," I was home. The driver never came to the door. And even if I wasn't home the package doesn't require a signature so he could have left it on the porch. So now I have to drive 23 miles to the distro center or wait 3 more days for them to attempt to deliver it again on Monday. And no refund for 2 day deliver turning into a 4 day pick up.

Very fast and very friendly. Got my package from a happy and helpful employee in about 2 minutes. I was in and out extremely quickly.

You end up here when the FedEx driver doesn’t bother knocking and leaves. If I have a choice, I go with USPS or UPS. FedEx always messes something up and you end up driving half an hour to get your package from the airport at night.

FedEx hit my car and the driver ran off. I can barely open my car door. I saw them go but couldn’t get a good look at their license plates. I’ve tried to contact FedEx and all they’ve done is take down my information and disregard me. I want FedEx to pay.

Folks here are genuinely friendly. A couple of the workers seem to be annoyed when I ask for a receipt of my packages being dropped off.....

Today I was suppose to receive a package that’s was very important I also took off work to make sure I received the package and sign off well apparently the driver never showed up, but I received a message stating they were at my home at 2:18pm. Well that was definitely impossible which now my packs is delayed until Monday. Such an inconvenience. Now I have to travel further to get a package because the driver couldn’t find my address or didn’t feel like bringing it.
