First and for most, they did not provide the services like they advertise in advertisements. I was able to build a rapport with the families enough to know what was and what was not being provided. The case managers were more so worried about what was going on in the facilities with other guest verses the real purpose. Not to mention, they never really checked on staff. Maria was very ill mannered in many of cases with her approach. Overall this company was not what they claim to put out there to the public.

I wanted to say that family promise saved 3 lives in my family and I cannot thank them enough! It was one of the worst times of my life and because of them we got all of the help necessary to have gained courage and strength to move forward. I forever owe them all a 5 star rating for 10+ star services. You have been absolutely helpful in every single way possible. Thank you thank you thank you from all 3 of us. You guys were beyond wonderful throughout the whole ordeal.

I have been calling and leaving messages for DAYS trying to get some help and no call back. No one ever answers. How can we ask for help if no one ever answers or calls back?

Receptionist is rude,they refused to help,I'm still homeless.They do not do car donation like the website says,they treat you like a child and try to control when you come and go,I have had also belongings stolen from me at this place.

The only promise u can bet on is to waste a whole lot of time and get ur hopes up that these people are actual gonna help u . All they will do is judge u if u ever made any mistakes in ur life and let u down. Program my a**, whats the since of pretending to care and help when the only people u will even consider helping are people don't have any record or past mistakes????? A** backwards!!!

They are so nice and giving here! They really understand how it is to be going thru a hard time! I will forever b so grateful for our lady that we work with thru here and all the other staff are very nice as well!I really like that they don't treat you differently or judge especially that it's hard to ask for help already! So i absolutely recommend reaching out to this place!

I can’t believe I haven’t left a review sooner! Family Promise helped my son and I a ton during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Now that our circumstances are better Joe and the team at Family promise continue to offer house hold products, Christmas gifts, and more. I walked in today and seen my family’s story and photo printed on Lisa’s desk and it brought me to tears. Family Promise is a God given organization!!!

I cannot thank this program a lot already. They have been so helpful and supportive. I thought we were going to lose our apartment, but they helped us through. I just want a say a huge thank you to Callie the case manager who worked through my application. Thank you so much.
