Express Towing was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. No typing online with a chatbot - the dispatcher answers the phone and you tell him your location and the issue you’re dealing with. Real problem-solvers!

Cody was great! He picked up my car in Milwaukee on a very narrow and bumpy road and got it to Waukesha super quickly. He gave me a ride to the auto shop with it and made sure I had a ride waiting for me at the shop. Cost was extremely reasonable and he got there within an hour. Hopefully I never need to call them again but if I need a tow I know where to go.

I have called upon these guys on many occasions the last 10 plus years for myself and other family members and always has been a refreshing experience when your stranded somewhere. Very friendly and timely pick up, also I noticed their equipment is all state of the art, always came to my rescue with flat bed tow trucks, not pick up trucks, s not even sure they have pick ups in their fleet. I don't write reviews but a couple times a year and I have to be pretty impressed if I'm taking the time to review. Great job express towing ?

Invoice # 87074. The tow driver/mechanic I had was very nice, professional, and knew what he was doing. My truck had a coolant leak that spilled on the street and my driveway had no problem cleaning that up which was much appreciated especially after a long day for him. I appreciate the service. When I needed to get my new C8 Corvette home and the roads were covered with salt the ONLY one I would trust to do it is Express Towing. They have always given me exceptional service and I knew I could count on them to take great care of my new baby. From loading to unloading and even avoiding driving next to semi's to avoid the side splash they did amazing!!!! Thanks!!!!

Sheriff called Express following an accident. Very polite, professional, arrived quickly. Although it was his day off, driver was courteous and helpful even after we requested a tow to a body shop 20+ miles away.
