I have a bad experience with this company. The medications they send me have short expiration date, so it is not as effective as the one I used to get from a physical pharmacy. Now I have to trash my medication before the expiration date on it because it is not as effective. For my last order with them, they sent me a large ointment tube with short expiration date. I communicated the company twice explaining that I use this ointment as needed and I need a medication with later expiration date in order not to waste my money trashing the tube while it's hardly used. I received weird replies not related to my inquiry. I called customer service, had to speak with 3 persons for a long period of time, explaining the issue to each one of them without any progress. Finally, I spoke to a manager/supervisor, who spoke with arrogance and did not care when I mentioned that I am not satisfied and will share my experience with other customers. Conclusion, no more Express Scripts. Will switch to another physical pharmacy to save my money and get better customer service.

Sometimes they will bill you after they have sent the medication, sometimes you run out of medicine and have to call them and pay before they will send anything out (maybe my fault because I plan my pills out 2 weeks in advance because I take so many) and it can take 9-10 days to receive, they have no local network. Of course they don’t reach out if they need payment, they will wait to hear from you. Their online is a joke can’t do anything- literally can’t do one single thing such as check a prescription you only can read their marketing material. They change their prescriptions out on you every time, the pills are always a different color. Also this last straw as to this review and on my recommendations- don’t go here- the reason I say this is because they are trying to charge me 97 dollars for a 3 month prescription, I just checked Costco- it is 53.99 and my local grocery store Hyvee is 25 dollars- just created an account on hyvee.com and they even have a page where you can type in all the old express scripts info and transfer the prescription directly over to them and have OPTIONS - to pick it up same day or delivered to my address. Bye bye express scripts- also ps terrible customer service these employees at Express Scripts are not happy at all- pay these people more- they also claim to be cheap prescriptions and their language they use makes them seem like the best option because they are mail only- that is a marketing ploy to get you to spend more money with them and not compare- end rant

Filled three prescriptions quickly, received today. Waiting to resolve a 4th prescription. More to do with Doctor changing the type of med. I am happy, so far.

Agree here with the less than stellar Express Scripts reviews. They are inept and incompetent at best. When contacting them about a prescription delayed now for days, they just don't care and give you the standard "lip service". Lousy customer services. And, they contract it out to these foreign nationals who handle the phone calls. Probably out of the U.S. Typical sh**. I'm going to a local pharmacy next time for a 30 days supply. This review is for Express Scripts in general.

Worst service I have ever received. I had a RX sent on the 6th. I still have not received it- they won’t refund me until 30 days have passed even tho there is no tracking information and USPS stated they have no history of every getting it. They stated they can send me more for an addition cost and promised next day air. Hours later on my online account they changed the shipping back to 5 days from next day air. I have informed them 5 times I still have no medication and have not even been able to start taking it. At one point he told me to go someplace else because the RX is to complicated. I had my doctor call to clarify and she called me back stating they said “I never called and there are no issues that need clarification and they have no idea how the patient received an invoice number.” Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I still have no medication.

I wish I could give zero stars. My review is the same as all the others. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. doesn’t resolve issues, doesn’t do what they say they’ll do, drops calls. I NEEDED a medication for a trip and they refused to refill it just a few days early, I’m continuously being charged for unauthorized things, and no one can seem to fix anything. I’ll be emailing my employer and recommending they remove express scripts as our coverage.

Everyone that I talk to is nice and apologetic and understanding but no one gets anything done even after they say it's all taken care of. No meds arrived and no one reached out to say they weren't coming. The incompetence, hold times, inability to internally track calls, and not delivering medication to where it needs to be is impressive. I may have actually had a stroke during my third phone call to them today. Luckily by the time I came back to, I was still on hold.On top of that, their website is confusing when you attempt to place an order (not like it'll get there anyways), it's not mobile friendly, the quantity fields you are forced to complete don't line up with your prescription. I feel like I am being punished by having to use this company.

I cannot express the ineptness , incompetency, and total lack of organization of this pharmacy. Its been over two weeks now and I still have not received my prescription. If they have this level of service with everything I have no doubt THEY ARE KILLING PEOPLE WITH THEIR INCOMPETENCE.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. These people are completely incompetent to their company's services and there jobs. They have screwed up my medications 4 times in the last 3 months... Multiple agents outright lying about their incompetence. If only my company offered a better choice. With incompetence at the level of Express Scripts and its employees I wonder how many incorrect meds they have sent out?!Don't walk away... RUN! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Every time I go to refill my medication there is a new “problem” and they can’t refill it. Excuses I’ve never heard before. To call them and talk to a human being who actually knows how to help you is near impossible. By this point I’m sure my doctors are sick of me calling them for help on trying to navigate around the loopholes of this pharmacy’s corrupt system.ALSO (this is kind of a personal thing) the person I get every time I call to help me uses 'ma'am' way too much. I'm literally ordering testosterone. She either can't take the hint I'm not a woman, or has zero knowledge of LGBT+ people. It's grating.

If I could I’d give them -100. They were taking hundreds of dollars out of our bank account then denied they did it. My husband spent over 4 hours on the phone and had to tell the “big boss” how to do his job. Horrible horrible horrible. I wish we didn’t have to use them from our insurance.

Never get my scripts on time. Always held up for one reason or another. Customer service is terrible. I'd rather just go back to Walgreens.
