Enterprise Car Rental in Waukesha, Wisconsin is excellent. I've rented from them on many occasions and each time the entire rental process was seamless with exceptional customer service.Davis assisted on my last rental and like every employee at this location, I was treated respectfully and the service reps made sure to accommodate me in every way - even offering complimentary upgrades. I'm a Hertz Gold and Budget Fastbreak member and I'll choose Enterprise over these guys every time.Keep up the great work Enterprise!

Never ever again. Thousands of dollars spent with them in the last year and the way I got treated this last time is absolutely unacceptable.I took a vehicle in to exchange it because it had problems so I was told to come exchange it. Instead of exchanging the vehicle the keys were taken from me and I was told I could no longer rent because my card declined in the past. Which I paid the balance on, However the card was used for the rental originally and the money was in the account. Enterprise even tried processing it in store and their system would not process my card so I happily pulled out another one and paid them. all my balances are paid and I owe nothing, Because of one time that was an error with there system they literally left me stranded with no transportation no way to work absolutely nothing with no heads up whatsoever. I have never felt so disrespected by a company before in my life.Glad I didn’t follow through on a business account for my own company.Another company was able to provide me with much better service right away after hearing about my problem with enterprise. Still waiting for my last deposit to come back.Try calling and you’ll be put on hold for over an hour unless it involves money of course.In response to the owner/ I’ve tried contacting you many times only to be ignored and put on hold then given a fake customer support number.Since you wouldn’t transfer me to escalations yourself I took it upon myself to contact them and spoke to Lisa, She couldn’t believe the whole situation and felt so bad she wanted to get me a car at the airport at no cost.She stated there is absolutely no reason for me to not receive a full refund, Even asked me for names of everyone I talked too and she was just as shocked as I was about the whole experience.Thanks for robbing me of $400I’m nearly an enterprise platinum member and have spent thousands over the last year with this company. Clearly customer relations don’t matter to them as when I called the branch and spoke to the manager he not only laughed at me, He had no consideration, no real business ethics, And was just plain rude. What kind of business are you running? I got laughed at and told a full refund wasn’t happening. Still waiting for my deposit which has never once taken this long. I will be filing complaints with the dsps and consulting with my legal counsel about this because your company has caused me to lose over $7,000 in wages. If this is not made right I will hold enterprise accountable as well as the employees I spoke to, Good luck. Your escalations department seemed pretty disappointed in your location. Also you told me you had no power to refund, while come to find out branch managers are the only ones that can! The same person who told me he can’t! What a joke. Honestly. At this point I will be filing complaints and filing a civil suit if this is not made right by the end of the day.

I've rented cars here many times. Love that Enterprise still has the option to come and pick me up from my house and drop me off. It makes the whole process much simpler.The big "win" here is that they have always actually had the type of car I reserved when I show up to pick it up... unfortunately, not always the case with some other providers.

Very disappointed with my experience here, twice I have been given a car the reeked of cigarette smoke, which is certainly annoying after having to sign that I wouldn't smoke in the car. My wife was given a smoky car as well, so it is well beyond an isolated incident. They are professional, so I do appreciate that for one star.
