These guys are simply awesome to deal with. Fair prices and they stand by their parts and labor.We had a part fail in us that they installed less than a year ago. It was NOT ETE's fault the part failed. We dropped the vehicle off Monday evening, and it was ready to pick up before 10am on Tuesday.We won't trust our vehicles to anyone else in the area.

ETE performed a diagnostic test on the transmission and isolated the problem as a faulty relay. They were able to complete the service the same day. I was pleased with their honest assessment and service.Service: Auto battery replacement

Vince and his team are professional, friendly, and most importantly they are do excellent auto repair work at competitive pricing. We had a timing belt, spark plugs, water pump replaced on our 2015 Honda Odyssey. It had over 200,000 miles on it and it is running like new. Vince and his team did an excellent job. He also followed up a couple months later to make sure everything was working well. Thank you ETE team, John

I purchased my dream car in January from Florida. 1999 Saleen Mustang convertible. Pretty rare car and I realize now after ETE replaced the transmission that I bought it with an issue for sure. The car is a completely different car. It runs/shifts flawlessly. From start to finish ETE was straight up with me on price and finished it two weeks ahead of the 5-week time frame I originally was given. When I got the car home I noticed a leak under the car. I called and they thought that it might be transmission leak so they had it picked up the next morning and checked it out. What are the chances that the piston of the convertible top went at that moment and that was the leak?? They did not charge me for the tow and I really appreciate that. ETE you will see this car again. Hopefully, not until I bring it out of storage next year.

Definitely go get your car fixed here! Very friendly, honest people.I had my transmission repaired there 3 years ago, brought it back yesterday to have it checked out, and they didn't even charge me. Highly recommend this place!

Overcharged, and charged me double the amount for the fluids they put in my car but then again Milwaukee is one of the most segregated city in the USA so I should've known my skin color would come with extra charges

My car overheated on a Sunday coming home from vacation and had to have vehicle towed. Other shops were 2 weeks before they could look at it. ETE looked at it first thing Monday and provided me a quote for issue. They also recommended additional preventative maintenance that would save me money on labor doing it now. I have had my vehicle serviced by ETE before and have always been trustworthy and take the time to explain work recommendations.

Engine and Transmission recently replaced the transmission in my wife's 2013 Ford Escape. From the initial experience with diagnosing our problem to the completion of the job, I found ETE to be honest and friendly. Vince was the person I spoke with the most and he was honest is his dealings with me and provided us with the service we requested. The work was done in a timely manner and our vehicle was returned in perfect condition, clean and functioning perfectly. I also saved about $1,300 over what the Ford dealer wanted to complete the same job. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Everyone I dealt with at ETE was friendly, polite generally well natured.

Took our daughters older small sedan in for a loud noise that appeared to be coming from the transmission. This is the vehicle she is supposed to take back to college (3.5 hours away) in a few weeks, and it is the car she uses for work everyday. ETE got it in, diagnosed and repaired in two days, for a very fair price and it wasn't the problem reported by other garages. I will definitely use them again in the future.Service: Transmission
