Good job there. my only recommendation is move on when you are ready. Bosses are fine but won't be buddies with you. Met good friends there. They say there are advancements (promotions)but there really isn't. Take that for what you will. May have more responsibilities but maybe get pennies more for doing it. Last but not least..Expect mandatory overtime. Can be fine but can get on your nerves. 2 years of experience there. Also, Good luck talking to co-workers

David McSpadden's review is only based on his wife getting fired, and he had/has nothing to do with the company. She was fired for violating numerous company policies and guidelines.Bill Manyen also had/has nothing to do with the company. He's a friend of the woman who got fired.

Treats the employees who actually build for them like they are children and dont pay well. Also the management let 1 worker harass everyone just because they dont know how to deal with a fussy old man
