“I had quite a bit to return and recheck out to get sale prices on and Kiersten was just awesome! She made the whole process go smoothly. She definitely knew what she was doing and she also had awesome customer skills. If she got irritated with how much I had to return & rebuy she sure didn't show it. I ran into Andrew in the store while I was doing some more shopping and he was shopping for an online order and yet he took the time to answer questions I had and talk a bit with me. The Waukesha South Target on Sunset has the best people working for them. I have not had any attitude given my way with any employee I have interacted with. I highly recommend this store. “Majd saved us a ton of time at the que line by helping to get our device to the right place after we had been hacked. He knows his stuff so we then asked about JBL speakers & noise canceling ear buds. He was knowledgeable & informative without pushing any sales on us. It was busy but we were in & out in less than 10 min! We had been very dissatisfied with the Verizon location in Green Bay, so this will now be our go-to place for everything Verizon in the future.”

I'm not technologically savvy, and I didn't think I would do a good job myself. The young man who helped us was very knowledgeable, and transferred all the information to my new phone in a very professional manner. All the information was transferred correctly, and I am very happy with the service I received. This is a very clean store, and there was no wait for service.
