My dd credit card wasnt working and the lady at the front desk was freaking out like its her card and that she would have to be involved in the slightest amount of extra labor by having to press a button a couple of times

I wish there was a dollar general store near me in New Berlin, Wisconsin
Please i with all dollar general store had Handicap paking ,and Handicap doors to get in the store and bathrooms as men's and women's !

Laziest manager I've worked for in 3 yrs as a DG employee.I named the manager Houdini or David Copperfield. Tends to disappear for 4-5 hours everyday. Barely does anything in the store except make coffees and wander around and talk on the phone or go home tend to the baby chickens. Has not set any planograms or end caps. Don't check incoming products. Doesn't do any freight and help out. If you ever wanna work for DG, avoid this store at all costs. Apply to a different store where the managers actually work.

Manager sucks, can't keep employees because she's mean and incredibly stupid.now there closed half the time because they only have three employees.shelve are never stocked,and they have all the homeless felons from the hope center stealing stuff from the store.today 12/21/23 still not open at 8:15 when there supposed to be open at 8:00am!

I just got back from going to this store. I wanted to get the $5.95 Dunkin’ Donuts ground coffee that the website said was exclusively available in store and you can’t get shipped. I found the ones I wanted and they rang up $9.95 still, so I showed the guy working the register they were supposed to be $5.95 per the website and you can only get the deal in stores and my set store is the Waukesha one. He was like “Is that on the app? Is it something we need to sign up for?” What??? I just said it was on the website. He wouldn’t give me the sale price, so I told him forget it and left. Not helpful and didn’t get what I went there. Doubt I’ll ever go back to this store after that experience.

Came to the store @8:30 am says they open at 8 am doors are locked not open. Wont be returning. Get better staff or management.
