I have never experience so much unprofessionalism from a business ever. Since the Dollar General is right next to my campus, I go there a lot. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with them. They short and so rude. My Apple Pay was not working, Despite just using it at another store I told them that there has to be something wrong with their machines because my credit card was good. They insisted there was nothing wrong and that the problem with me. No apology… not anything. There is a woman with long blonde hair looks to be a little bit older… Completely rude and unprofessional (I’ve had multiple issues with her) If you’re not going to be able to give customers quality satisfaction… Don’t work. I can’t believe her bosses allow her to treat people like this. Absolutely ridiculous that they made me feel like a five year old child instead of a 23 year old woman. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time here.

It's Dollar General, so that being said expect low staff-to-customer ratios and make the best of it. It's not bad for a quick pop in but overall not somewhere I would go out of my way for. That being said those knock-off Thin Mints they do those well.

The manager fails to fix prices the labels say less but they charge more I clearly show my receipt and app and take pics of the labels in the back and the old lady tells me she hasn’t got to fixing the prices yet but it’s been like that for 2 years lol make it make sense she’s clearly out of her mind lazy and doesn’t wanna fix the price but she will I’m having it investigated now that I know I’m not the only one there screwing it’s just a conveniently close store hence why I go but saving all my receipts and app Info and have a picture of the manager and video and audio of her stating she can only fix the issue half way to what the price is until she gets to fixing tags so I’m still overcharged the amount of times I’ve been in here and what I bought it’s around $75 overcharged total due to the food label saying a lower price then there cash register I’ll get my money back and then the old bag will do her job and stop overcharging people I know Atleast 3 people that get over charged ….garbage dollar store

i used to work at the dollar general and the Manager Helen Books has stalked me from my old phone number to facebook, to say that i owed her money when she had offered when i was a employee there and i am getting threatened to be taken to court "SHE OFFERED". so now i am contacting HR

Why does this store have different hours almost every week? Idk, maybe update the info online as well!?!? Within the last month the store hours have changed three times! That's ridiculous. One week it closes at 5pm. The next week it's 8pm, now it's back to 5pm. While the online info says it's open till ten? Smdh

This store is a few years old now and I’m a little disappointed in the condition. The original manager was awesome. They have always had what I need.Now for all the negative reviews. Welcome to the New World Order of no one wanting to work and collect handouts. Great job to the employees that show up and do their best. And good if they close after working 12 hours. No one should be surprised when store hours charge without notice. This is what was created by …. Well you get the point ! Great job Dollar General for keeping your stores open.

Worst store ever. I walked on broken legs with diabetes and pregnant trying to get emergency food with my Quest card and Google said they are open. But I get there in negative weather and they post a sign saying they close 4 pm nearly early 7 hours posted on Google. I hope you are happy my baby in my belly died!

One star because they refuse to update their Google times. So some people who do not think before exiting the house get there to the location only to find out they are closed. Times on the web do not match times of the actual store... big time waster for the consumer.
