I went here on Tuesday 06/18/2024. I dropped my 2024 GMC truck for some new BF Goodrich K02's. I will say, the service was exceptional and the work was completed ahead of schedule. However, when I received the truck back, the steering wheel was still off center and the truck was still pulling to the left. I assumed, based on conversations with other retail tire outlets, they would check the alignment and address as necessary. Upon calling them back, they do not check alignment and are not even set up for alignments. I was understandably disappointed. These tires are expensive and if I hadn't called them back to check, I would have been left with tires that were wearing uneven and in short time. I took the truck to another competitor and had the alignment corrected. It was off terribly for some reason as I suspected. I will see if I can attach a pic of the report. I was happy with the customer service and pricing at Discount Tire for sure. However, I would highly recommend getting the correct equipment to compete with your peers on the functionality of the final product. That is clearly, most important to me.

Took my 70 Plymouth and for a set of tires the young guys were a little intimidated by a car that old and they were having difficulty taking the hubcaps off they were afraid I'm doing damage to my car which is in very nice shape I had to shorten them those cars were built tough and they wouldn't damage anything by prying the hubcaps off had a young man named PJ the smallest guy on the crew ? he put a screwdriver behind the hub caps on popped them off like a true champion these guys at the store we're great the whole crew at the store we're very professional I left happy

I bought two back tires last month almost $500 dollars for only two.Then recently I bought two new front tires for around the same price $500.Pretty expensive but they're friendly and seem to get the job done quickly.

Do not trust these guys! My wife and I recently had a tire leaking air on our van. We took it in for a free plug since we had an account with them. The salesperson, Rocky told us there were two holes in the tire, that they could not plug the holes, and we would have to buy new tires. This was what they told us on another vehicle we had in with the same problem a year ago. We took their word for it and bought two new tires at the time. This time, it just seemed fishy that they were claiming the same thing happened as last time (two holes). I told them to put the tire back on. They did, and then we took it to another tire shop we have used in the past and they told us that there were not two leaks, just one. They plugged it and we have had no issues. The tire is not leaking anymore. I don’t appreciate being lied to! I may have been born at night, but I wasn’t born last night. This shop has a huge integrity issue. They only care about making money off of people who they think don’t know any better. Discount Tire will not be getting any more business from me. If you want to be scammed into spending hundreds of dollars when you don’t have to, then go right ahead. I would highly advise against doing so.

I got a flat tire on my way to work this morning and headed to discount tire to have them fix it. Everybody there was so nice and helpful. They offered water to the people that were waiting, and it was a very quick in and out! The gentleman that replaced my tire even drove it so the tire sensor would reset.

Fastest tire change ever! Was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours and they got it done in less than an hour! Jariel was really nice; they have the best customer service ever!! :)
