At first when arriving and being told to leave my car in what looked like an abandoned parking lot I was a little skeptical.However when coming back, my jaw dropped with how excellent of a job they did. Conclusion: I had to go to a Northstar engine specialist and have the block deck threads repaired. I lost 60% of my money here at Detail Fanatics. I got the car back without properly working brakes also.Mark called me and explained that the overheating issue was probably a cooling system issue, and not the engine. He offered that if he can fix it that I would be charged, but if he didn't then he wouldn't charge me. Supposed to be $300, doubled to $600. That was not honored.I tried to work with him and cover his materials and I just wanted to get my labor cost back because the car was not fixed. The car drove home fine, and it started to fail in 3 weeks.I had an offer from him to buy the car, after it was not fixed he didn't want to buy the car, which proved my point it wasn't fixed.The argument came down to I want to pay him for completing the repair, he wants to get paid for time spend regardless of outcome of his attempt.Do not split payment between cash and credit.

Upcharges for everything, difficult getting an appointment and they did a crap job on my car! Didn’t vacuum, shampoo OR clean well. To top that, they took items out of my trunk and kept them!! Tried 4 times to get my car fixed and they would never give me a time to bring it in. Complete garbage!!!!

My car looks BRAND NEW! Its a 2014 Chevy Cruze and years of dirt/dust/etc are all gone! They did an amazing job. I am recommending to all my friends and family!

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! Such a great value for the work they are doing. They were super nice, and very professional. I highly recommend this for interior and exterior detailing. I have let my interior go for 3+ years since I last cleaned it, with some stains on the seats, and they returned it to me literally as good as when I drove it off the lot! Everything was spotless, the stains on the seats were gone (even though a little wet, but that was expected). Will definitely be returning next time I need a detailing :D Thank you guys for your awesome work!

Mark is AMAZING. I have a 4 door Jeep Wrangler, and a German Shepherd. There was not a strand of hair left in my car when he was done. You can tell he tremendous attention to detail, works hard, and strives to turn out every car looking the best he can. Super sweet and professional guy and great communication as well! Will be returning to him for all future detailing work.

Wanted to give out a 5 star rating!! Mark and his crew did an amazing job with our 2007 civic. It was going from one teenager to our other teenager and needed some TLC inside and out. They were up to the challenge and did awesome!! Will definitely come back.

The location doesn’t exactly scream professional detailer, but the quality of work speaks for itself. Consider this like that hole in the wall restaurant that has the best food, this hole in the wall detail shop is top notch. My wife’s Q7 was filled with dog hair and winter salt grime. Now it’s looking brand new again! Well done! Bonus: he got us in last minute over 4th of July weekend! I’ll be bringing both cars here annually. The S6 is up next!

They did a fantastic job cleaning our car’s interior. We have two dogs that shed a lot, and they were able to get virtually all the hair out of our seats — the car looks BRAND new. The guy was also extremely nice and polite and he listened to our concerns of what we needed cleaned. I’d go to them again in a heartbeat.

When I called the phone number I had for Detail Fanatics, I got a "Hello" which was very unfriendly, no professional greeting. I tried to make an appointment and we agreed upon a day/time. Then I was to text that to the same number so he would remember it. They changed addresses, and I was told I would receive a response back confirming the day/time and provide the new address. I have received no response even after trying to connect again. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
