Heather was extremely helpful today when an error occurred on a prints order. She was diligent, followed up and saved me about 3 hours and almost $10. Thank you’

Very rude pharmacist who just stared at me from his desk and refused to help when I was asking about my prescription that only came with 1 when it called for 2 prescriptions. I was asking about the 2nd and he had told me I would find it in the aisle and it wasn't part of my prescription. Then when I come back from searching he just refuses to come to the counter and just keeps yelling out that it's prescription only and refusing to answer my questions.

Total rip off, all I needed was reflux medication, and it was $10+ for 30 count generic Pepcid......UNBELIEVABLE.........worse part is that a mask wearing wackadoodle (mind u it's late 2022) was holding up the self checkout with her stupid toilet paper coupons. There is only one self checkout, why enable these morons to waste everyone else's time? I guess time is no object for these corporate whores........

They never answer the phone. I've called and waited 20 min before driving there. I got help at the drive thru while still waiting for them to answer the phone. When I called them about it and showed I was on hold I was told, " most of the time we tune it out" just why?!

Been my pharmacy for years, but every time it gets worse. Moving prescriptions now. No friendlinesses as well as waits that are insane

A group of preschoolers could do a better job in the pharmacy. Pathetic excuse of professionalism on all levels. This place should not be in business or in control of your medications.

This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready on time. Staff is always very rude whenever I ask a question. I try to be as kind as possible but every time I have to speak with a worker at this location they give off the vibe that they are on the verge of walking out.

It's quarter to 7 on a Saturday. I couldn't find a single human being in the building. I circled the aisles, called out repeatedly "Does anyone work here?"... Nothing! They're lucky I'm an honest person and not a shoplifter. Can't believe it.

Pharmacy staff are overworked, service is slow, they make more than their share of mistakes. Not uncommon to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive through line for them to service one client. Avoid this location if at all possible.

Had medication to be picked up here. I called the pharmacy and was told my prescription would be ready at 7:30pm. When I arrived, they decided to close the pharmacy. I was never notified my prescription wouldn't be ready that day, no apologies. Oh well, what's strep for an extra day. I'll never go back.

Slow. Rude. I work in retail and I know its draining but the pharmacy staff here really need some training in customer service. And within the last year or less this place has really started looking like a dump. What happened? I will be switching pharmacies.

I usually do not write reviews. We live about 20 minutes from this location since it’s the closest. I had gotten to pharmacy around 12:30. They told me it’ll be an hour since to get prescription ready. They also take a break and are closed from 1:30-2 for lunch. I came back at 4:25 pm and they stated it’ll be another 25 minutes until prescription is ready. The only reason whatsoever we come here is because of our insurance. I can understand that places are short staffed, however this is just unacceptable to tell you to come back and then have to wait AGAIN upon return. I saw whoever was working in pharmacy give me a huge eye roll when I said I already drive here TWICE 20 mins out of my way. I was more than understanding to have to come back if it wasn’t ready, but did a second time to be sent away isn’t okay- especially if medication is on a time schedule

this horrible nightmare standing in for a pharmacy is a hell scape. it is better for your conscience, peace-of-mind, and soul to go to any other pharmacy and pay retail than to suffer for a couple bucks saved via your insurance at a business which is not in the neighborhood of adequately staffed, and is deliberately incapable of even being bothered to answer their phones about the status of, or required changes to, life saving medication. give your business the lowest rating you can when forced into this abusive relationship. it's too bad that #blm didn't burn down the businesses that actually deserved it. chances are most of your meds are generics, go literally anywhere else. your insurance won't save you a dime. the crackhead on the bench in front of the store that smells like month old piss is a better option, and i am exaggerating 0%. make the folks dumb enough to work there feel wholly unwelcome so they quit. your health insurance companies will keep punishing you by sending you here until they're all gone. help make them all gone.

Consistently the worst pharmacy experience. We only use when our regular location is closed and are always disappointed. I wish I could have faith in the people that process our medication. I will not trust this location with my health any longer.
