I have been coming here for a good few years, the doctors here are amazing, the techs are also super helpful. I have had them help me with two of my sick cats, they are super knowledgeable, and were recommended to me.

Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, excellent communication, I would not take my kitty anywhere else. I have a diabetic, feral cat and they understand how to take care of him. The doctors and staff are wonderful and always have time for questions and take the time with my fur baby and me to explain things and give helpful tips. Never a wait and always on time for appointments. Highly recommend!!!!

Izzy And her Parents love this Clinic!! Dr McDonald is Kind, Funny And knows alot about cats. If you have a cat, This is all they do. No other animals.Why go anywhere else? .Makes sense to me.

I absolutely adore Dr. McDonald. She is a cat person for sure! I will never take my cats to anything but a cat clinic after some very bad experiences at regular vets. Thanks to Dr. McDonald, my cats don't get overly stressed when they go in. They walk around the room like they own it, and they love looking out the window. Dr. McDonald just has a way with them. I do agree with some of the others that the customer service at the front desk leaves something to be desired. It's not the worst, but does need improvement.

Cream City Clinic is the best. Dr McDonald is amazing. Our cat is 10 years old and since he was a kitten has never gotten along with other people. Dr Mc Donald and the staff totally understand him. And they handle him with love. She has always given him the best health care. We would never take our cat any where else.

Absolutely love Dr. McDonald! I’ve recently moved to the Waukesha area and was referred to Cream City. She is so nice and personable and I trust her with my cats. She doesn’t pressure you to get the most expensive work done that is unnecessary. Prices are very reasonable. And since it’s solely a cat clinic, it’s less noisy and my cats aren’t stressed out by barking dogs. Plus they have a few clinic kitties that you might run into; which is never a bad thing! Highly recommend Cream City Clinic.

They didn’t care my cat was extremely sick to get him in sooner. All they said was we’ll see him next year. Well guess what, he was dead within a week. Thanks for nothing! Don’t go here because they don’t care!!
