Had high hopes after being recommended here by two friends, one of which works at a counter top supplier they regularly work with. Stopped in twice in late June and had nice interactions with both an installer and the general manager(?).
After stopping in the second time, I emailed kitchen photos and measurements as requested a few days later. After the initial email, I followed up via email and call 4x in the next two weeks. Never heard back. Tried calling one more time a month later, and got no reply to my voicemail again. I finally moved on to another company. Not sure they are even open anymore due to the lack of reply, but wouldn't recommend if they are.

Its been over 2 months since requesting a simple quote on pantry cabinets. No one ever answers the phone or returns messages. Went in there after several weeks of not hearing boo and they said they would have something to me by the end of the day. It’s been 3 weeks since and nothing. They clearly don’t want any new business.

I am extremely grateful that a friend of mine recommended cream city cabinets.Nadia is so very helpful and knowledgeable. Rainer the installer was fantastic, when they say they were going to be there at 8 AM, they are there ready to work. They make it look so easy. They are truly professionals. This company will beat the prices at the big box stores with WAY, better quality. I ordered cabinets and two weeks later, Nadia called to set up the installation. I highly recommend this company.

I am a remodeler and I can say hands down Cream City Cabinets has some of the best quality for the money . Nadia is such a knowledgeable designer who has such great ideas for even the most difficult layouts, she loves what she does and you can see it in the details. The other thing I like about Cream City is that most of the cabinets are available in about a week , big box stores 6 weeks or better and I would much better support a local business that gives you great personal service. Give Cream City Cabinets your business you will not be disappointed.

Nadia was an absolute pleasure to work with. We met with/got quotes from a few different cabinet places for our kitchen remodel and nobody came close to the customer service and quality of Cream City Cabinets. Not to mention the very fair pricing! Nadia even helped us coordinate our countertop install.Above and beyond customer care, and a truly great experience. I am a professional carpenter and have installed cabinets from cream city cabinets on three different occasions. In my 25 years of experience they are by far the best quality for the price cabinets I have seen. I recommend checking them out before making any purchase decisions.

Nadia was one of the nicest people to deal with. We were going to do a complete kitchen tear out project with all new countertops, but decided to scale back. We ended up ordering some new pantry doors rather than a whole new set of kitchen cabinets and Nadia still gave us the same attention to detail, service and satisfaction in the door order. I would not recommend to go anywhere else for any size kitchen project.Tim

Had them do renovations to my home kitchen back in 2015. 5 years later the kitchen sink just fell through the granite and busted the pipes in my kitchen. this incident flooded the whole kitchen. I tried to call and have them rectify the issue and got told that this is not the same company. they just happen to have the same name , logo, email address and location as the old company that did the install.
