I cannot tell You how happy I am with Kaylene and her team at Convenient Tax services. Her secure file document upload makes doing your taxes a breeze. I sent everything to her electronically and even e-signed. Today is 2/13/2023 and my taxes are done. We have been filing our taxes with Kaylene for several years now. She is amazing! Her attention customer service is very obvious! She is very knowledgable, up to date, ALWAYS has the tax payers best interest in mind and is available throughout the year for any tax issues/questions that might arise in the off-season. She also has a fun and approachable personality which helps when dealing with a stressful issue (taxes) that no one enjoys.
