“Last week Wednesday I ordered chicken tenders and mashed potatoes for lunch and figured I would add a couple things to make it worth the delivery but sadly never received the chicken and potatoes just my eggs and uncooked brats so no lunch Wednesday thanks to door dash. Then tried again on Friday but ordered just the chicken and potato’s and well DoorDash brought me a nice apple a huge Dr Pepper and a meatless breakfast sandwich?? He couldn’t speak English very good and smiled and said it’s okay and left. I called Kwik Trip and Bill was so kind to graciously bring me my chicken and mashed potatoes that I had tried ordering twice from them with no luck due to DoorDash! So Kudos to Bill I greatly appreciate your great customer service! You really went above and beyond especially when you offered to drop off my refund after your shift if we weren’t able to get it done on the credit card. I love Kwik Trip and I know it wasn’t any fault of the store. Thank you for the great service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?”
“I recently had surgery, resulting in needing quite a few prescriptions over the last several weeks. At the recommendation of a family member, I had my prescriptions sent here. I have had such a great experience every time. Staff has been so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed or that I’m inconveniencing them. Which is a very different experience than other pharmacies that I’ve went to in the past! Thank you for providing such great and kind service. I plan to have all my prescriptions sent here from now on.”

I left an email with kwik trip and Stephen from the store took time out of his day to call me and see if I was taken care of. “Love this place. We went to pump up our tires, and quickly realized our tire spout was chipped, causing air to flow out instead of in when the common air pump was applied. 5 girls, 1 tire, 3 hour drive ahead, tire quickly declining to 6 psi. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the kindest, smartest worker, Joshua (hopefully future employee of the year). He took a quick glance and realized what we needed wasn’t what the average Kwik Trip would provide. With ease, he ran to his personal vehicle and grabbed his electric air pump, knowing this would do the trick. Sure enough, amongst frigid cold temperatures and a thin uniform vest, Joshua restored our front left tire to its entirety. Joshua, we couldn’t thank you enough and are now nearly halfway to our desired destination. Joshua was also on his break and did not seek any type of compensation for his work. We need more Joshua’s in this world.Thank you and take care.”
“Meijer's Express Store is more than just a gas station. It is like a tiny little market (emphasis on tiny as it is still a gas station-but they sell a lot of stuff). You can buy lots of items here. My only pet peeve was one night I was there five minutes before close, they locked the doors and wouldn't let me in, citing they were closed. How rude! Great prices on everything from food to gas, however!”

Interesting characters to say the least.You can tell the staff has been beaten down by the lunacy, but, most of them have been there for 3+ years so they keep things moving which I appreciate.”

“This afternoon (12/13/24) I stopped for gas at Kwik Trip off Racine Ave in Waukesha. It was crazy busy at pumps and in store. I am quite disabled and phoned for assistance. The woman who came out was smiling broadly despite the busy day and bitter weather. She helped me with such a kind demeanor and then thanked me for my patience. (It took her a few minutes to get out to me).
This is the way Kwik Trip employees have treated me at every KT station I've used. It means a lot to receive such kindness when you can't do for yourself in certain situations.

“The staff at this location is extremely personable and friendly. While picking up a prescription I was impressed with the pharmacist, Trudi, and her ability to keep her composure while she was assisting a customer that was raising his voice at her. She attended to his needs and although he left abruptly causing a scene she managed to treat him with respect and went above and beyond trying to keep him satisfied.”
“I imagine that Walgreens employees have to deal with so many nice so nice people every day. I can tell that it’s really hard for people to say something nice even by scrolling down this review stream. We seem to only be motivated to write reviews when we really really need something to complain about? “Walgreens is easy to shop at. It is not very crowded here (with the exception of the pharmacy which is average crowded), and there are now self checkout points in the front. This makes going in and out quicker especially if just getting one or two items.
There is a pharmacy as I mentioned, As long as you don't go around 4-6 PM usually the line is not that bad. They have a drive through for the pharmacy, so sometimes if that has a lot of cars it's quicker to go inside.
All the employees are nice and helpful in my experience.”
