Computer Doctor went over and above to help me with my issue. I am using the very PC they fixed to write this review! Same day service of an issue that was different that I thought it was. Very professional and above all kind! I can't praise them enough for everything! If you are looking for a trustworthy service, look no further.

Just took a high end Alienware gaming system in that hadn’t been used in many years for a tuneup. Ted updated the OS, drives, and did an in-depth cleaning. Looks and runs better than new.
Fantastic service! Had a computer that had been compromised and wasn’t sure what to do. Within 24 hours, Ted had it cleared of the problem and now it runs better than new. Far better service and pricing than BB GS.

Ted and Brenda are not only computer experts but they are also kind hearted and generous.
They provided me extra parts and services at no additional charge when the computer I bought wasn’t working quite right. I will go back to them without question or hesitation.??

I have been doing business with Ted for over 30 years. I started around 91 when I had my business until 99. I didn't have any computer needs until recently and I reached out to him to diagnose my problem. I ended up replacing the laptop with one from him.

PC locked up, did not automatically shut down, & other issues. Called and was able to take it in same day, diagnosed within minutes, hard drive failure. Not only replaced within a day, but no data lost, checked for virus', cleaned interior, and corrected the mess I had made on the file directory. Works great. Only thing I had to do was reload some software. Recommend
