I would have loved to give all 5s but companies that do not care about my time are all too common and therefore this company being average received a 3. I was told the company would be there at first 2-6. But I called to make sure of delivery and was told they would be here at 3:30-7:30. They didnt show up until 8:30pm. They were nice people, the company pushes them and he said he had started at 6am. I still tipped them as I believed it was more the company than the drivers. Companies should treat their employees much better.****

Just received outstanding service from Adriana and her dock staff. Needed to expedite a delivery and they made arrangements for us to pick the shipment up at the dock.

HORRIBLE delivery. EQUALLY HORRIBLE customer service. Employee Andre ABSOLUTELY disrespectful and unprofessional. He "just delivery s***".Delivery on pallets left in the middle of my driveway which weights hundreds of pounds & no way to get the items into my home or at least my garage.

Purchased a Temper Pedic bed and was told by Tempur Pedic we would get 5 star set up service in home from whoever they hire to set up for us. Poor Customer Service first off. Couldn't get a direct answer of when it would be delivered and set up. I am a nurse and was finally called on a Friday to say delivery will be Monday. I asked for Tues and they stated NOPE sorry has to be Monday as that is when they will be in area. No offer to work anything out that fit the customer schedule. Secondly gentlemen showed up and no foot booties and walked on my good carpet from wet outside shoes and all. Was only going to set up frame and I stated Temper Pedic said the entire bed would be set up and he claimed Temper Pedic does this all the time to make sales. He said they rightfully should just drop off the items. He willingly then did mattress too. I had also purchased the headboard attachment which is a variety of pieces. Temper Pedic said absolutely they should set that up for you just let them know. I asked. NOPE they don't do that. I would 100% verify before delivery what this company does because basically they want to just drop it off and head back out the door. Find someone else or ask whoever you purchase from to make sure this isn't the company they are hiring. Very poor customer service. Will be notifying Temper Pedic of the poor service received from this company.

Purchased a bed from Sealy that ended up being defective. Sealy arranged for Common Transportation to arrange pick up of the defective mattress from our home.The gentleman who showed up were kind, quick and efficient-despite the truck door not wanting to open at first, darn snow and ice.Now, my only con is that I was called yesterday-while at work-to arrange for a pick up today, which meant I had to use a half day of PTO to be here for pick up during 10:30a-2:30p. It would have been great to have received a day or two to ensure the best possible outcome of availability between my husband and I for the pick up.

We were looking forward to receiving a new mattress, yet disappointed when the delivery persons arrived. They had to be reminded to remove their shoes, which fortunately they had booties instead. They handled the old mattress and new one like a sack of potatoes and the new one ended up bent in one corner, so we had to refuse the shipment. Delivery guys were not real happy with our reaction, and at first claimed the mattress was bent due to the cold weather. They seemed in a hurry and indifferent to the needs of the customer. A replacement mattress on the way and we are hoping this one will be handled with more care and courtesy.

Efficient well orchestrated delivery. Very informative and helpful in setting up delivery of my mattress that I ordered online. Friendly personable staff-Sara I believe- that set up the delivery. Flexable to fit to my availability. On time delivery. I couldn't be happier!

Certainly room for improvement when it comes to customer service. Sarah (I hope I spelled this correctly) has outstanding customer service qualities! Others, not so much. Here is a bit of advice, when you call a customer, ask what time will work for them to coordinate delivery instead of telling them what works for your business. Be upfront and honest, do not force a delivery at the end of a delivery window! Especially when a customer is taking time from work to be there. A delivery between 4 and 8pm does not mean showing up a 7:59 and expecting to find a happy customer.
