Went to go shopping there at 2:50 In the afternoon. I needed to use the bathroom. I’m a 40 year old woman. I was the only person shopping at this time of day. She refused to let me use the bathroom. Said it was still related to Covid. So I rushed my purchase. Didn’t get much because of this…Ironically, then she gave me her pen to use to sign my receipt. And no one was wearing a mask. Just bad customer service! Apparently we are not in the industry of helping people, I probably would’ve spent more money had I’ve been able do use the bathroom in been more comfortable to shop.

arrived at 10:11 on a week day (did not know they were closed) less than 3 minutes from arriving, lady comes out and screams at us. keep in mind i had 2 others in my car. we were about to try and walk in and learn ourselves that they were closed. but this lady screams and tells us to ‘f**king leave or we will call the cops, please do not come back.’ while i do understand that they were closed, she could have definitely been much more calm and i do not want to support this business ever again

This chain has to have the absolute worst website I've ever seen. No matter the browser, every link on Google and Yelp takes me to a page that offers locations. That's it. Nothing to shop for.

Would give a zero if possible. Was sold faulty glass, got told to essentially go f*** myself by management herself, and due to the glass being faulty there are now four puncture wounds on both of my hands, each. I should not spend $70 dollars on flawed glass that grenades in my hand due to a temperature change of 10 degrees Fahrenheit.

I bought their most expensive torch about a week ago. The girl said it's only happened once but just in case it's defective then to bring it in. Whether I use a metal or plastic tipped butane refills, it leaks. I work full time and live over an hour away so I didn't have time earlier to get it replaced. I called today to see if I drove up there if they'd switch out the DEFECTIVE product that they sold, but they won't. And yes I don't have the original packaging, but you shouldn't be reselling this and I don't think you need the original packaging to get credit from wholesalers in regards to defective products.

Was there earlier this week. Absolutely terrible customer service! Never met a more sexist, condescending and rude adult noverty shop "manager". Why would anyone spend more there again when pratically everything can be bought on the internet cheaper?!
