It is sad that the folks at this Chase at 2402 E Moreland Blvd in Waukesha were not concerned that they are working at a bank that is the number one funder of fossil fuel projects that greatly contribute to climate change. Not to mention a bank that still (indirectly) funds Russian oil, literally fueling the invasion of Ukraine and a funder of nuclear weapons. One wonders if Chase could get worse.

No available banker at this location the teller says while the banker is sitting in his office doing nothing. Poor service. Soon enough this branch will be close too.

Their drive up ATM is never functional. Within the last two months it has been down every single time I've gone. Having to go inside during a pandemic is ridiculous. To top it off, today not only was it down again, but the branch was temporarily closed and I couldn't deposit any money. Likely will be canceling my account and finding a different banking institution since they are the only "convenient" location for me and they cannot serve their patrons effectively.

Customer service is bad here. It’s a bank, all you have to hang your reputation on is customer service. With that being said find a better bank.

Very Friendly. Needs Appointment if needed specific for the office visit.Have to get all documents in Hand before the Appointment so that it might be easier to give when asked for.

I had the same problem with being told we needed to make an appointment to add someone to the account. Have never experienced that with any other bank. And bankers were in their offices at the time with no customers.
