“Couldn't remember the name of the guy who helped us but he was very accommodating and calm through the whole process. We were not aware that they no longer accepted debit cards for the security deposit (our fault, we should have confirmed first), and I was a bit upset. Even still, he was very professional and went out of his way to help us. Give him a raise whoever he is.”
