Worst parts department I have ever dealt with.Ordered the part for my Hyundai Tucson online no response paid the money week and a half later they still don't have the part it only took a week and a half if tell me they had the part now telling me they don't have the part and now the price changed do not deal with this dealership.I appreciate the owner reaching out to me he asked me to contact Manager , Rob Heaney which I did but never heard back from him some operation.

I've been going to Boucher in Waukesha for years always great customer service and I trust them. I have an older Hyundai so parts are not available in their parts dept. My customer service contact was Kerwin Ruiz he went above and beyond calling around to find needed parts and getting them delivered same day. When unable to complete my job I was given a loaner to get home. He kept in constant contact with me telling me what was going on

My wife Lisa and I went to help our son Connor buy his 1st vehicle. Nicholas and Himmy made his 2023 Hyundai Sonata purchase a memorable one. They were patient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.l The dealership was clean, organized and all transactions ran smoothly. Everyone at Boucher treated us well and made it a memorable event for our son. We highly recommend Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha! Thank you so much Nicholas, Himmy and Mike C!!!!

Super service for last 2 visits to dealership for tires and brakes all the way around. Dan Doble was able to work around my schedule and get my vehicle in quickly for both visits. Work was completed quickly and on schedule. Thanks Boucher Hyundai for a great job!!

I bought a car there and when I went to pick it up, it was not ready. As I had already paid for it, I was very disappointed as a promise was made to me that it would be ready. This was due to a part that was not initially discovered when the car was inspected. At this point I am expecting the car the next week. I then received a call from Nick Boucher the next day that the car was ready. They procured the part from another dealership and had a service person come in to finish up the repair on a Saturday. They then delivered it to my house. While things were rocky initially, they ultimately did the right thing and took care of their customer. I appreciate the effort from Nick and his team.

Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha was our third and final stop on a hot day of searching for our new Tucson. Dominic greeted us immediately and made us feel like we were special guests the whole time. His professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness and sense of humor made our car buying experience seem effortless. The dealership is very modern and clean. The staff is friendly and team oriented. Their stock is phenomenal. Boucher will now be our go-to when we’re looking to buy a car, new or used. Thanks Dominic! We love our new 2024 Tucson!

We had the pleasure to meet Chris D. (sales consultant) at Boucher Hyundai Waukesha. Chris was very patient, professional and even though he was new (3 months) didn't try to act like an expert but was willing to find an answer. We were looking for a vehicle for our daughter something that was good on gas and looked sporty. Chris was able to match us with a Santa Fe Premium, which was not even on our radar. All was going well until we sat down to write up a deal. Anthony who I understand is the Manager at this location was cocky, rude and very unprofessional. The only interest Anthony had was for us to use their financing company for a discount, even though we had our own financing ready to go. We explained we are not interested and made us feel as if he was more interested in getting the financing deal than selling the car. Unfortunately for Chris a pushy person like Anthony killed the deal. Instead of letting Chris gain the experience and work the deal he wanted to belittle him and make him feel as if he was not competent enough to work it out. We would have not had an issue but with Anthony's ego we felt uncomfortable and did not write up a deal. We did receive a call from Chris thanking us for taking the time to come in and if we changed our mind to give him a call. Chris best of luck but if Anthony continues on this path I'm sure it will be difficult for you to gain experience and close a deal.

Scheduled an oil change & had them drop me off at work. They forgot to pick me up, had to call them twice & they didn’t reset any of the reminders. Also they didn’t wipe the filter off, so who knows if it is leaking or not.

There is quite a few problems. When I sat with the salesman, I agreed on a payment of 72x. When I went to make my first payment I see 75x. When I called to talk to Anthony sales/finance manager and he could not care less and all he told me is that Ally financial only did 75 and that there was nothing there for him. So my finacing went from 72 to 75 without telling me. When I signed a copy of all the contracts he never sent me the page with this description of values, I only got that page 1 month later after calling several times. When I saw that on top of everything he slap a service fee of over 2000 that was very shady. Prob number 2: When I bought the car I came back and told them as soon as I left the dealer I could not stop listening to a funny noise coming from the front of the car, later I saw a crack on the line cover above the L front wheel. When I went back and show it to the service manager he told me he didnt know if it was me or them so we would have to split the cost. So watch for CPO boucher, they clearly dont check the car well. I clearly didnt do, since I went from the dealer to the grocery and back to the dealer. Anyway I split the cost instead of paying it in full at least I was not in a total loss. Anyway shady negociation, disregard to client concern, CPO vehicle with a big crack on the wheel liner that I had to pay for part of.... Good stars for salesman, Also I love the car. Boucher dealer 0.

Just went in for a safety recall. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The place looks really nice. I was expecting to have to wait 1.5-2 hours but they said it might be closer to 3 and offered to drive me home and pick me up when it was ready. I took that option. At 3 hours they called to say my car was ready. It took another hour or so to get picked up and than nearly an hour yo get there (I live 15 minutes away) due to picking up 2 more people before going back to the dealership. Everyone was very nice and the kid who drove me apologized for it being super busy. I only took a star off because 5 hours was a crazy amount of time and if I didn't have the day off with no plans, would have been a huge inconvenience.

If you are a first time car buyer they will add extra charges and scam you. You need an experienced buyer to be present. I agreed on a certain price before we went and signed the forms and after signing, the sale price increased before adding anything else like extended warranty, taxes, and fees. Spoke to my sale rep, Himmy, and he kept giving me excuses then spoke to the manger who was really unhelpful. The situation hasn’t been resolved yet.

Pros+ Service writer Kayla was polite and friendly+ We were given a brand new rental car to use at no charge while our vehicle was getting fixed.- We were able to save money through a coupon that Kayla appliedCons- It was initially difficult to get a response from Kayla on the phone. Three times, I was told I would get a call back from her, but I never heard back. I waited 1 full week for a call back in between each call. After the third attempt, on which I waited only hours for a call back instead of days, I left a message for the manager to call me.Finally, after I spoke with the Service manager regarding our poor service experience, he spoke with Kayla and she was much better at communicating with us. Also the manager had made a rude, passive aggressive comment to me regarding customers' expectations of the appropriate amount of time in which a call back should be received. The manager told me they were taking in over 100 calls and over 100 vehicles per day (he made numerous excuses) and there were many customers that were not as patient as we were, so they were getting Service prior to us. So, according to the manager, our wait was much longer due to our kindness and patience.- Part of the reason for the wait was the length of time it took for parts to be delivered. This was understandable. The problem was, we have dual exhaust and only 1 part was ordered, when 2 were needed. When this was finally realized, the second part was now on back order and there was no date available for when it would be received.- Our car was then sent to a separate exhaust shop in the area who would complete the work for us. So we waited longer and got a quote from them through Kayla. Thankfully, it was one fourth of the price that Hyundai had quoted us.- It took 1 full month to get our car back.NOTE: We have taken our vehicles to this location many times in the past and never had an experience like this. It's always been fast and positive. This experience was surprising. The company was in the middle of switching to the new building during all of this and at one point Kayla's phone literally fell off the wall and broke. I could feel that she was very stressed during this time, yet she was always pleasant and most of these issues were out of her control. I would give the company a while to settle into their new location and I'd be willing to return there in the future for less involved work to test them out again.
