If I could give them a zero, I would! Have had my car there for 3 days and no call from them. Keep calling there for an update, and they keep saying they'll get to it. Bring your car to Ewald!!! Much better service!!

Just wanted to thank Joe the service manager and his team for helping me and my wife with our 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. Had problems with the transmission that Lynch Chevrolet in Mukwonago totally dropped the ball on. You guys are the best!!

Took my 2016 Silverado there to get worked done to the engine. Because number 5 cylinder number seven cylinder was miss firing so I dropped it off july 1. 2022. And took them a month and two days to get my truck done. Upon dropping it off the engine bay was muddy. You would think that they would wash the engine before they tear it apart. Well they didn't. Guy told me that's not there job to do a thing like that And when I asked where's my old parts. Oh they don't have them. Well I wrote I wanted my old parts back and now it runs like shit and I had ac work done to it to and that doesn't even work either. So When I got a call to pick up my truck it was around 715 August 9th. So I did a walk around because I took pictures of my truck when I dropped it off. Now I'm there to pick it up and I noticed I had two scratches on the passenger door scratch on my bed and a dent in my front driver side fender now they are saying it was like that when I dropped it off. And will only fix the small dent that some one put on there

I took my car in for a Hail Damage estimate and when I went to schedule the repair, the rep told me "I 100% gaurantee it will be more than the estimate". What was the point of sitting for 2 hours to get an estimate if the estimate wasn't real????? DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I worked with Salesperson Dave to buy my 2019 Equinox. He was easy to work with, and I appreciated his low-key approach to the sale. There was no high pressure "sales game" here, or I would have left the dealership. Buying my Equinox was a pleasure with Dave and the team from Boucher Chevrolet!

Would never buy from here again. Bought a 2015 Tahoe, took it home and had to wash it myself. Cup holders with garbage and sticky, dirt and grime all over the dash, widows dirty and foggy. Took it for an oil change 3 weeks later and found out all 4 bearings had to be replaced , only stood behind 2. The DVD / radio doesn't work and won't stand behInd it. Took it to 2 other dealerships to see if there was a problem with it and both confirmed the same issue that Boucher said wasn't a problem. Their slogan "ride with you every mile " is a sham and I won't recommend this dealership to an enemy! I'll pass on this business, just horrible!!

I worked with Joanne on the purchase of a truck. She was great to work with helped me to get familiar with the Chevy brand. She was not pushy and treated me with respect every step of the way. Although I did not follow through with the purchase of the vehicle using Boucher Chevrolet as I found a better vehicle in stock somewhere else. However if you visit Boucher I recommend you ask for Joanne. 5 out of 5 for Joanne I have to give the Boucher in general a 2 out of 5 for making return to the dealership to retrieve my deposit, however their waiting room is on the level of a luxury dealership in terms of snacks and drinks available.

My sales person was very knowledgeable and directed us to what car we were interested in. The sales manager helped explain our savings and other questions we had.

Went on a Friday night to test drive a Toyota Sienna. This was to be the first test drive of my vehicle search. After the test drive I told Randy that this was the first vehicle we looked at and would contact him once we concluded the search. He proceeded to make offers to discount the vehicle to keep me on the lot longer. His final offer was $4,000 lower than advertised. We politely declined and chose to continue the search. After sleeping a single night on it we chose to conclude the search since they made such a good deal for us. I left work early to do the deal so that we would not be pressed for time. I pre qualified with their application and assumed I would come in and close the deal for $4k under the advertised price of $14,500. It's still online at this price. Instead I arrived and the price became $16,995. They were going to do me a deal and discount this to their advertised price of $14,500 and this was their final offer. So I wasted time and gave up money by leaving work to be swindled by their newest car salesman who apparently is allowed to make false deals they cannot honor. On top of this they tried pressure tactics by telling me other customers had appointments lined up and I would miss out if I didn't act. I will never buy a car from any Boucher dealer after this experience.

These people need the police to show up. These people are corrupt scammers. Do not trust any positive reviews. Currently in the process of reporting to BBB. I have a 2006 Saturn Ion that I have been limping to 115,000 miles. It started to run on 3 cylinders again, and routinely drops down to running on one cylinder shortly thereafter due to electrical issues and further shorting of the ignition. I need my car for my internship commute and dont have time to fix it, so I was relying on this garage to get me back in business as soon as possible. Basically: I gave it to them saying "it's misfiring and my check engine light is on because you need to recalibrate the crankshaft position sensor with a proproetary GM-only scanner. Please fix it" They gave me a loaner, and I went to work. Fine. Then I was getting calls: "We need to replace your plugs with genuine GM ones" "We need to replace all your injectors because they're out of spec" "Ok we did that, but the coil you bought from Oriley Auto itsn't genuine GM brand, you need to upgrade to the genuine one before we can go further" At this point they wanted 650 dollars, plus the labor and (assuming overcharging for the GM parts) 230 for the GM coil. The car is worth 1500 dollars at max. I just needed it to run for another 10k miles before I scrap it (lets be honest, the car is a huge joke) I told them to put it back together and roll it outside. So I was basically paying close to 900 bucks for nothing to be solved. I'm going to scrap the car as soon as possible and buy a Toyota Camry. The car is a money pit, but the worst part is that this garage was as corrupt as GM is. On top of that. Their inexperienced mechanic helper left a huge grease stain on my seat when he drove my car out, which is hilarious because they methodically put down plastic wrap and seat covers when you first drop off the car. Won't be back, and neither should you. And if you own a GM car, you should sell it as soon as possible to avoid being prey like me. You WILL be taken advantage of just like me when your car gets "old" at 100k miles.
