Remote transaction went well but when car arrived there were issues that were not disclosed to us and the salesman and manager did nothing but push me off promising to call me back and never did after weeks of waiting for action

Nothing but the best! Ryan was a delight from start to finish! What really stood out from the first communication, was the personal video he made and sent to me with a walk around detailing the features of the vehicle. Other dealerships across the country I inquired, would dismiss my circumstances or questions from the beginning or make me feel like I wasn’t worth their time! Not the case with Ryan! Being from Omaha, NE, he was very attentive to all my numerous emails. He addressed all my questions, how to work out the process of my out of state purchase and Nebraska taxes. Made the process completely flawless. Also shout out to Sam! He was amazing as well with having all documents ready to go right away and having great conversation the whole time! I would highly recommend Boucher to anyone no matter the distance you live.

There was a bit of a mix up and a slight mechanical issue too. The car was fixed and Waukesha Cadillac paid for it and it was not cheap. They also helped me out with a warranty issue. They are great! I just want to thank Jim the manager, Joe the sales person, and Khalid Samy for all the help. I really appreciate everything you guys did in getting me into my Escalade and seeing to it that I was taken care of even after the sale. I would recommend them with zero hesitation. Thank you again everyone!

Prior to April 2024, I would have given a 5 star review however now unfortunately a one is the best I can do. I have a 2018 Platinum XT5 with 29,165 miles with an extended warranty. I have never had any mechanical issues or service/warning lights coming on until after April 18, 2024 when I had an oil change and new tire installation with alignment. I did not want to write this review because it is too much and difficult to explain. After the alignment, my tilt button was missing and the telescopic light came on the dash.With the steering wheel issue...I don't feel safe as thinking I may lose control because the steering wheel does not lock any more and the tires are straight but the steering wheel emblem is upside down. This is more than I can explain.
I wanted the actual owners to see this post because I asked for a contact number but of course was told by chat (Live Agent) "Well thank you so much for bringing this to our attention we will speak to our team."
