Staff was very courteous and helpful, they found a problem with transmission when I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and resolved all issues. Also received the best car wash I ever have gotten. Truly a class A dealership.

I have bought 2 brand new vehicles from them and have had well over $35,000 in service work done, yes, that isn't a typo. Sales dept is great. Service dept is incompetent. I have had several bad interactions and deals done with them. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, but it's clear they have severe issues in that department. From missed deadlines, misdiagnosed issues and straight up lies. One time I even had to find my own replacement parts because they couldn't locate them. Needless to say, my next vehicle purchases and services will be done at a different GMC dealer.

I came in for oil change and I was the last person of the day. When I got into my car I checked if the oil was reset and I also looked at my tire pressure to see if they had put air into the tires. My tire pressure was the same as when I came to the dealership. Several days later I opened up my hood and found out that none of my fluids were topped I would think that that would be part of the oil change. I had bought my car at this dealership 6 years ago and have continued to have service at the dealership even though I do not live in the Waukesha area. I live in Milwaukee and have a Buick dealer right down the street from my house but because I bought it out there I thought it was a nice gesture to keep my service out there. I am thinking it through and thinking about using the dealership closer to my home for the reason of not getting good service.
