I was driving home (near Madison) from the Milwaukee Airport on a Sunday afternoon with my 8 month old baby when my car started making a very concerning noise. I pulled off and looked for a place that could take a look at it. Everything else was closed and Blain’s didn’t have any available appointments for the rest of the day. Despite that they agreed to take a quick look. They quickly had a temporary fix in place so I could get back home safely and didn’t charge me anything for it. I was tired and just wanted to get home so their help meant the world to me. They should all get raises. Big ones. Thank you!!

They have a great selection of pet care items which is great as we were looking for a high grade dog food for our dog. The person who helped me was knowledgeableWe ended up ordering it on line for pick up and their customer drive up fir On-line orders is fantastic, quick and courteous. Will use them again.

Awful experience. Called to have a tire repaired that had a nail in it. Told them if they had time they could also change the oil. After two hours of waiting for the vehicle to be done they then told me to pick up my car and they weren’t able to fix the tire. They did the oil change and charged outrageous and I wouldn’t have sat there waiting if they would have told me they weren’t going to fix the tire. They made me pay the same amount as I was quoted for both services for just the oil change. Poor communication and two hours to only change the oil with no communication is ridiculous.Service: Oil change

The folks who work in this store are top Notch Professional Customer service Oriented Caring and Kind individuals. Leah The Cashier at Check out ,was Very Helpful and kind. Like the Men in the Tire Center. The Manager Louey was Fantastic and He took the time to give Me a Great quote on a set of 4 Big Boy Mud Tires for My Big Ford F150. Less than $800 Mounted &Balanced. I Highly Reccomend this Place for all You needs. The Clothing section is so adorable for Baby Clothes. The Lawn and Garden also has alot of great options. I Bought a Trimmer for the hedges and am so satisfied. Over all This is where You will hands down find all of what Your Looking for.... This is the Beat Farm and Fleet in All of Wisconsin !!!!!!!!! They Know How to treat Folks the Best way ,Come one come All..

I stopped in Sunday to pick up 6 rubber livestock mats from the yard area and two young men came out to help me load them up. Great service and much appreciated, as these mats weigh over 100# each. When I go to the orange store or the green store, employees will look right at me and keep walking if they see me lifting something heavy. Blain’s will be getting more of my business.

They made me wait even after completing my truck I was forced to wait for it. Then they did not even put the spare back under the truck they just tossed it in the bad. Terrible service.
