I had Colton today 11/02/2023 on I94 east bound by exit 297 change a tire on my semi. Outstanding guy very positive experience. Would highly recommend based purely on the knowledge, patience, and friendliness he gave me today. Keep it up buddy!!

On my way out of town on an RV trip to San Diego, I noticed that I was losing air from one of my dually tires. It's at 4 pm on a Thursday. I called several places and found Bauer Built Tire. Realizing my difficult situation, Chris suggested I come by at 4:30 when one of his guys returned to the shop. I was rather surprised that they accommodated me so quickly and so close to closing time! Colton the technician explained exactly what was happening, and started working pretty quickly. Within 40 minutes he was done. Thank you Chris and Colton! Outstanding service.

You guys at Bauer are excellent had eight new drives put on back in July one of them started wearing funny at a seem with only 25,000 miles took it in for them to look at it and they replaced it under warranty their tires in my opinion have been wearing excellent so far the problem with one tire does not reflect the rest.

SCAMMERS CHARGED $140 to repair an outside tire on the trailer lowpro22.5 during regular business hours was given a quote over the phone that it would be $100 not more to replace my own spare ruthless people working here liars get your tires fixed at the ta or lovesRESPONSE TO THE OWNERTHE SHOP ONLY REPAIRED ONE TIRE ONLY AND THATS IT NOT REPLACE A TIRE AND REPAIR ANOTHERIF YOU QUOTE 100 REPLACE A TIRETHAN LABOR IS SUPPOSED TO BE LESS IF IT JUST HAS TO BE REPAIRED

I would not hire or pay this company based on their driver riding my bumper through downtown Sussex in a 25mph zone that goes past a police station and daycare. Way to represent!
