I cannot say enough about how great the service is at BIC Automotive! We recently had them tow our car after it died in the middle of the road. Despite the fact that they were extremely busy (their lot and shop were packed with cars), they were quick to respond, very trustworthy, answered every question we had when they checked out our car, and gave us solid advice on what our next steps should be with our vehicle. We felt they went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful that we found them! They are just GOOD people....we would have no hesitation taking our vehicles to them again.

Jason got my 2008 Lexus RX350 in right away for a full brake job; front and back pads and rotors; all at a VERY fair price! Truck rides great now. DEFINITELY recommended!

These guys were amazing! My car broke down in the parking lot of the emergency room at the hospital. I was already stressed about my mom..they handled everything!! I am so grateful to them!!

What an incredible compassionate crew, who really know their way around a vehicle or two. Efficiency and Trust-worthy! They knew we were in a hard place and needed our car back quickly. They didn't hesitate to fill us in on everything they found, then made it clear they would follow our instructions toot sweet! We don't live close-by but we will be going out of our way to get our auto care done there from now on!

First time taking my vehicle here since moving to the area. Had a squealing noise that I thought very well could been the brakes but it had only been 2 yrs since being replaced. Found something minor that was probably due to whomever installed them before. I can't say enough about how much I value the honesty since they very well could have gotten me on a whole $700 brake job that wasn't needed. This kind of integrity is hard to find in the service industry, especially when it comes to cars!

I can't say enough good things about BIC. In general I have always been apprehensive about taking my car into a mechanic. These guys not only do a great job, but they are completely reliable and honest. They charge a fair price, they do a great job, they work quick, and, most importantly, they stand by their work. As a regular customer with older vehicles, they have twice told me, without me asking, that a part is covered under warranty and that the replacement is covered. After taking my vehicles here for the last two years I would not use anyone else.

The owner of this dump, Dean Hammer, can spew all the lies he wants about not ripping me off but the judge sided with me, not him, in court today. I'm getting my money back for the repairs he didn't do, but still charged me for, plus all the court costs and filing fees. This charlatan shouldn't be allowed to work on cars, he's a danger to society. Never in my life have I experienced someone who can lie as much or as easily as this guy. I even busted him providing a false affidavit in court. Total j****
