So today on March 7, I went to this AutoZone on Grandview to get some new wiper blades for my SUV. These by far were the most courteous and attentive people that I have seen in a very long time. Even when I tried to give the gentleman that installed my wipers a tip, he super politely refused and said that a handshake would do because of how much he appreciates me. I expressed how much I appreciate them as well. GREAT STAFF!!!!

I have never had anything but fantastic customer service at this location. Whenever I go in there, it is because something is wrong with my car. This is such a stressful thing for me, but their staff are so helpful. Especially KEVIN, he is the best, most amazing ever!!

Excellent customer service! My SUV is also my camper so I depend on it heavily during the summer. I started having issues, and I had to work fast or face worse. I was elated to find an Auto Zone within a mile. Connie N. was so knowledgeable and personable. I was in and out with what I needed at a reasonable price in no time. For the many vehicles I maintain & repair, I get nearly all parts & materials from AutoZone, except when special circumstances require purchasing from manufacturer/dealership. AutoZone offers vast selections of automotive supplies, equipment, diagnostic scanners, specialty automotive tools, & great tool rental services. Customer service is excellent compared to their competitors; they send an employee out to your vehicle to complete a quick diagnostic scan that can reveal potential vehicle issues. They also offer free BASIC battery installation if parts & materials are AutoZone-purchased (this means the battery must be mounted in engine bay with simple bracket that's easily accessible). Used oil can also be discarded at most locations if you inquire. If AutoZone doesn't have what you're looking for, they can usually order it from vendors & get it shipped to the store or your location.

everyone here is always so kind and helpful! i bought a phone holder for my car a few months ago and today it broke. even though i didn’t have my receipt Tim looked through an entire day of transactions to find mine so i could make an exchange! amazing people here :)
