“Calliber Collision did an outstanding job on the repairs to my vehicle. They were courteous, professional, and thorough every step of the way. We scheduled the date of service and worked with the rental car company on that date, and when it changed they took care of all of the coordination. When the car was in service I had daily updates as current point in the process and accurate estimations of completion time. They even discovered that the tree sap coming from one of the trees over my driveway was leaving a residue on my car and gave me steps to help control that in the future. Overall, this was a pleasurable experience in what generally is not at the best time of people's lives.”

He quickly gave me a quote and scheduled me.The work I wanted done was to repair some rust at the back quarter panels on my truck pick up truck. He mentioned that he could fix a couple dings and give me a little break because he would already have to order that color paint. After some thought I had him do it.When I picked the truck up, the work looked great! Rodger told me that although he had some slight problems, things went pretty well for him and he gave me $150 off! Rodger is a very honest businessman. I will not be using any other auto body companies in the future only Rogers Auto Body.”

He got the management to loan me a couple tools to do the work. This is what great service is. Anyone can sell you a part, but when you’re traveling out of town, and it’s the right thing to help someone—even though it’s against city code, B&M is the kind of place you want to run into. “Ok, so this is the Company from Waukesha/Sussex that relocated to West Allis... Darin and Marcus were VERY attentive to my concerns about the install of a Metal Cloak 2½" Game Changer lift I purchased through them for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler JKUR COD MW3. They are a Metal Cloak authorized dealer/ installer. They addressed all of my concerns... I added new wheels, purchased through them, with the CORRECT backspace so as not to need wheelspacers (I hate wheelspacers)... This lift is labor intensive to install and I didn't want to attempt the installation myself due to my limited access to the right "equipment ". Marcus called me with the progress daily and to assure me that things were progressing as expected... He addressed his concerns with some other worn out steering components and gave me solutions to the issues he had found. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend if you are as picky about your vehicle as I am, give them a call. You will not be disappointed... My Jeep drives better than it did new!”

As a service writer I thought they would have investigated having the part rather than have me do that and have to go back to service. It did not seem to be service minded or proactive. I was surprised a fairly simple part was not in stock. As result I ended up with two appointments. While it all worked out in the end I lost a little confidence in Boucher's ability to deliver the best in customer service.”

“I was driving home (near Madison) from the Milwaukee Airport on a Sunday afternoon with my 8 month old baby when my car started making a very concerning noise. I pulled off and looked for a place that could take a look at it. Everything else was closed and Blain’s didn’t have any available appointments for the rest of the day. Despite that they agreed to take a quick look. They quickly had a temporary fix in place so I could get back home safely and didn’t charge me anything for it. I was tired and just wanted to get home so their help meant the world to me. They should all get raises. Big ones. Thank you!!”
