.The gentleman at check in was very nice, as was the doctor. Very long wait on a Monday evening. I felt as though because I was there for a work related injury, that I was not treated as other patients would be treated.he other people I encountered were not in the least bit friendly

Aurora health care facility in Waukesha at corporate Ct is a very convenient clinic I depend on, in too many occasions going to the urgent care there I had a very good experience with that team, specially Nurse Bridget and Dr Glaspey!

I had the absolute worst experience ever here. Felt so uncomfortable and got zero help at all. Then, because they’re not a standalone urgent care, they billed everything as an office visit with a specialist and labs and refuse to help fix the situation and now I owe hundreds for what should only have been a copay. I would give zero stars if I could and recommend no one go here unless you would like to pay hundreds more than needed and be made to feel uncomfortable and talked down to.

This facility is a nice place to go to receive medical attention. The intake staff, nurse and doctor were knowledgeable, professional, helpful, compassionate, and easy to work with.
I would come here again and recommend this Aurora facility.

I went into urgent care yesterday with what I believe to be a rotator cuff, pull or strain. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes after pre-checking in online. It was very warm in the waiting area and My blood sugar proceeded to drop. I grabbed a candy bar in my purse and was eating it when the nurse called me back. I let her know that my blood sugar was low and this that was all I had. She said okay then took my vitals and and said the doctor will be in shortly. I proceeded to tell her that this room is very warm and I proceeded to sweat 30 to 35 minutes later I’m still waiting for the doctor at that point I stuck my head out and said I’m having low blood sugar why am I still sitting here? 30-35 minutes later she just said I’m sorry and does absolutely nothing. The other nurse Bob was on the phone and ended up. Just signaling me hang on a second. so I ended up leaving because I couldn’t wait any longer as I was having an emergency. They put on my chart that patient left because patient couldn’t wait. Patient left because patient was having an emergency and couldn’t wait. It was dangerous and needed to get her blood sugar no one cared!

I checked in, and kess than 10 minutes later, I was called back to the exam room, MA took my vitals and was seen by the doctor within a few minutes. The doctor listened and asked questions ordered blood work, chest xray, and all completed in a timely manner.
